This has been one of the worse companies I have ever dealt with. Even the manger has absolutely no customer service etiquette. I placed an order and the arrangement I received was not even close to the size or amount of flowers they have online plus it was only halfway done. It was missing half the flowers on the bottom and on one side. When I called to complain and told them what was wrong the so called manger was so rude and said it was only one sided I told him it didn’t say that online he said «well it doesn’t say it’s full on all sides», how does that even make any sense and on the arrangement they left a card saying «24 hour guarantee…» B.S. never again! Make sure if you do for some strange reason decide to hire these people you are very specific and thorough with them.
