Went to pick up a shade that my boyfriend had ordered. As soon as I walked in, the two employees were slow to acknowledge my presence even though the store was empty. I informed the store clerk that I was«here to pick up blinds» and she said, «you mean blind.» Her tone was condescending. I don’t know what happened to you, Madam, but there’s never a reason to be rude to a customer who was otherwise having a good day and being cheerful to you. I wish you luck in resolving your personal issues. By the way, the shade looks great and fit perfectly. We installed it ourselves.

I went to several companies to shop around for shades because we just bought a new house with tons of windows. I met with two that came into my house, did measurements, helped me decide which blinds are for me and gave me a quote. For the same designer shades, creative blinds price was comparable to 3 day blinds. Warranty was also the same. I had a good experience with Sharon. she really helped me choose what was best for my house. She was knowledgeable and could read my style very well. I decided to go with creative blinds bc of all the reviews I read about 3 day blinds installation problem. Unfortunately, my installation experience with creative blinds was worst than most of the reviews I read about 3 day blinds. Alfredo who installed my shades was great. He did a great job, friendly, on time, etc. However, he could only install half of the windows because half the parts were wrong. I was very understanding. I didn’t get mad. I understand things happen. He came in the second time. Same thing. Not everything was right. Th same mistake that was made was not corrected. So he had to come in the 3rd time. You would think that they would make sure everything was correct before sending the installer out to my house. But no, I guess they didn’t feel the need because they knew they already had my money. I guess me spending 5 figures on shades still did not make me important enough. It reminds me of that server who serves a big group of people and knows he is going to automatically get 20% tip so doesn’t care about giving exceptional service.
