We went for the grand opening. It was a lot of fun everyone working there is very knowledgable and excited about their new business. Freezing for three minutes is an experience! It’s supposed to help with all kinds of auto immune diseases and help keep you looking young. They had these great massage bags after. I put the hip one on it was amazing!!! Then a girl on site giving massages. My lungs felt very clear after. My body as a whole felt like it was getting over an adrenaline rush when it was over. My insides shook. I was hungry and slept great! In the summer I may try again in the heat of August. A cold zap of three minutes will be more appreciated.

You’ll go to a changing room and you remove all clothing (men keep underwear on) and they provide gloves, socks and a robe. A few steps to the nitrogen cooled chamber and then 3 minutes later — you’re done! Your head and neck stay out of the closed chamber the entire time. It’s a dry cold, and the peak coldness hits about halfway thru, but by then you’re almost done. Staff is super friendly, and make sure you feel comfortable the whole time. Definitely worth it to see what all the hype is about!
