This CVS location is something else. Someone that lived in the area before CVS came to Houston can correct me, but it seems like location used to be an Eckerds. I don’t think they changed a thing since they took over. Just slapped some signs up. Everything looks at least 20 years old. The only reason we hit this location is because the RedBox outside was the only one in the area that had the certain movie we were wanting. We just stopped in and bought some water, the workers seemed nice, but they didn’t say a single word to us. Usually cashiers at least ask if we have a CVS card before checking us out, but not a single word, much less a thank you. The parking lot was a little scary and very badly lit, a prime place to make you feel like you could be robbed at any moment. Really surprising for being in Rice Village. It’s just not up to par with the rest of the neighborhood.
