This Pharmacy has the nicest staff in Houston! They greet you with a smile and are always willing to help. They also pay a lot of attention to detail as my wife has allergies to a few medicines. Although one she was taking was a distant cousin of penicillin — they still took the time to let me know to be cautious and look for the same symptoms. The Pharmacy was also quick to fill my prescription and were very cordial during checkout. It’s never fun visiting a pharmacy but this one made me feel at home. Thanks Eldridge! Excellent job.

Wow! I literally just left this cvs location completely disappointed. I was looking at the makeup and I was picking out some stuff, when I hear the cashier call out if I needed help, I said«no thank you» and continued with my browsing when she adds«Ok, don’t open anything.» I understand people open stuff and test it out so it didn’t bother me that much. Not even 3 minutes later she calls out again«if it’s on sale do not open and try on.» I honestly felt insulted, I was clearly just browsing! She made me feel so uncomfortable! So I just walked out. I get it people open stuff but to keep repeating when I had just seen another lady shopping around without being told anything and as soon as she leaves I’m being watched. I don’t want to throw race in the cards but I completely felt discriminated since the other key had been white and I was Hispanic. Never coming back.

Ok, so yeah, the techs are not what I’d call ‘bubbly,’ granted, it was past closing time. However rude they may be, they seriously went WAY out of their way for me 10 minutes before choosing time, and then staying late. The pharmacist, Rumy(hopefully I’m spelling it right), was very helpful and I really appreciate everything the whole crew did for me.

I’ve been using this pharmacy a little over a year and I really like the service. I stop by about twice a month and I’ve never had any issues, they always have my prescriptions in time and they are very helpful when it comes to any questions I have regarding the medicine. I like how they always remember my name when I walk in, even though I’m not as frequent as other customers.

This pharmacy is right around the corner from my community. It is the most convenient for me and I have used the drive-thru to pick up an Rx and the pharmacist was very dry and arrogant about my insurance information and how the discount card(from my insurance) was outdated. I had the means to pay for it but geez, I don’t appreciate the attitude. The second & most current time, I went inside the CVS store for some OTC allergy medicine. I asked the staff at the pharmacy counter what the difference is between two different types of the same Claritin brand. Two pharmacy staff members were counting pills, when the male pharmacist(or pharm tech) turns and is clearly laughing at my questions. Then he proceeds to play it off by asking his other male co-worker about«a joke» he heard. First, I am not stupid, nor am I a pharmacy grad, which is the reason for the perfectly valid question on what each of the active ingredients’ purpose is. Those are valid and common questions that any normal civilian would ask. In any case, the male pharmacist begins talking about me as if I wasn’t standing within hearing distance in the medicine aisle. That time I actually told him, «Hey I’m still here and I can hear you.» I was really sick and in desperate need of the medicine, so I ignored all of the pharmacy staff’s immaturity, paid for my medicine and left. BUT, this is the last time I visit this CVS pharmacy as I have had too many encounters here with arrogant pharmacy staff. Marketing tip: Treat paying customers with respect, even if you think your little pharmacy degree entitles you.

We got a prescription filled last minute at 9:48 pm and they were very nice to us and filled it right then and there. The pharm tech was funny and had a nice little conversation with us while we waited. But really, our wait time was like ten minutes. They were very quick!
