Cvs Pharmacy

Do not use this pharmacy. I gave them a bad review awhile back and figured I would give them another chance. What’s that saying fool me once shame on you. fool me twice shame on me…
I dropped my script off about 5:30 and they said it would be ready at 8:30.m husband came at 8:45 and they said they did not have anything on file. I’m not sure what happened so here I am now in the drivethru trying to figure it out. The lady looks confused! Nothing in the system. Shuffling thru papers. She comes back and says it’s not ready. So I just ask for my script back… And she says she can’t find it. How does that work? Ugh! Getting really annoyed! Finally she finds it and the pharmacist is quickly trying to fill it.
This place is horrible. If you need your meds right away don’t come here. In fact don’t come here period! Go down the street to Walgreens where I’m sure they’ll be better organized.

Yesterday night I went to get my medication refilled. The tech told me bad news you have no more refills. I told her I needed a loaner for the night. When I got home I noticed the medication was the wrong dose. If anyone KNOWS Coumadin it has to be precise. Thats a risk for a stroke for me because she under dose my prescription. Im never one to complain but this is my life. If I hadn’t checked it and took it. My INR and PT levels would have been off. I could suffer a stroke or if I would of went and had my levels checked and was under doctors could of raise my dosage. Bad thing it was a Tech. When I spoke with the pharmacist he brushed it off like oh she probably gave you the wrong one. Clearly! I called back today spoke with manager and pharmacy manager both very apologetic.

Pretty friendly employees but the one thing that makes this location akward is the people outside asking for money. Sometimes you want to help but you don’t want to feel like a jerk if you don’t have extra cash. I’ve been here quite a few times and it’s not just one person. I even saw one guy talking to himself that looked like he was on some kind of drugs pacing back and forth asking for money. It’s a pretty hit or miss location.
