Had a horrible virus on my laptop, was fixed way faster than anticipated. So happy I didn’t loose any of my files, especially photos I’ve had for several years. Would definitely call again for help if I ever needed it!

I had a hard drive that was giving me issues. Took it to best buy, decided not to use them when tech started trying to pop open the case and his tool broke off. Found Cypresstechs on web search. Called he came out picked up the drive. Tried a couple times to recover data. But it was a hard mechanical issue. Brought drive back. Charge — $ 0. Liked his attitude if he couldn’t recover data then no cost. If he had the cost would have been $ 150. A very fair price.
