I have found that I have had no problems at this Laundromat that I haven’t had at other ones in the almost 3 years that I’ve lived in the Montrose area. They have quite a lot of machines and I don’t go at peak times like on weekends so I’ve never had an issue finding a working machine or dryer. One of the biggest advantages of this place is that it’s open late during the week(closes at 10pm, last wash at 9pm). Not sure what people are talking about in some of the previous reviews in regards to not being able to do my laundry during their operating hours. The staff has always been polite and is run by a nice asian family. A nice sidenote is that it’s across the street from some trendy thrift stores and if you’re hungry, there are several restaurants nearby to catch a bite or even a beer at Poison Girl. No need to wait in uncomfortable chairs while you wait for your laundry. You can also drop off your laundry and have them launder it but I haven’t found that it’s very cost effective.

This place is awful. I made the mistake of allowing my white comforter to touch the floor and I had to rewash. It’s deplorable and even worse, the attendant has the worst attitude of anyone I’ve encountered in the service industry in a long time. Boycott it and watch it close.

Went there tonight because my usual laundromat was full. Not only was the woman that ran the place rude, but she also kicked me out at 9 with wet clothes. The sign in the window says they are open until 10… never going there again.

Sunday was laundry day and my usual laundromat was full, so I decided to try this place. About 40% of the machines were broken and it was survial of the fittest when a working machine opened. This turned otherwise mild mannered people into laundry demons. If waiting for 20 minutes wasn’t enough excitement, add a bathroom with no sink and Mexican game shows blaring at top volume on the TV and you have incentive to get a better job to buy a washer and dryer for home use. The machines that worked, didn’t work very well and the dryers just sucked. Their machines are more expensive than the one I usually go to and were sub standard. I was getting more and more pissed off as the time ticked away. The incident that made me decide never to go back, was when two women were buying some press on tattoos from one of the novelty macines and the machine stole their money. When they went to the owner, she«suddenly» didn’t speak English. One of the women spoke Spanish and told her what had happened and asked for a refund. She refused. That is theft, plain and simple. So to recap: This place made the task of doing laundry, worse than it already is.
