Deeply Disappointed. The statement«Our staff are well trained» should be seriously reconsider. I recently went to get a tan at this salon, the receptionist was on the phone the mere 5 minutes that she spent checking me in and repeatedly asked me for my last and first name while she was looking directly at my ID??? Consider my last name is only a 2 letter word i wonder how difficult it is to figure it out. After that she has no clue what on earth Matahari is and haven’t the slightest idea that the store actually carries Matahari. I would greatly appreciate that a Darque Tan employee would spend their precious 5min to check me in next time or I would suggest that you should implement a «self check-in» and a vending machine to sell sample in order to be more efficient.
