It took about 6 months, and a lot of case resets and breathalyzer recalibrations, but David got my DWI dismissed. He is also VERY affordable compared to other attorneys!

I owe it to David to write this review. I posted one on Google+, but I am posting here to get the word out.
Since copying and pasting my Google+ review would be spamming, I will type this one from scratch. Read my Google+ review if you need to. Plus, there is more to the story:
David helped me with my case. That was almost two years ago.
My daughter ran into some issues recently. Upon my suggestion, she contacted David.
David not only helped my daughter with her legal issues, he recommended that she see Bill Wilson for additional assistance.
Between Bill and David, my daughter now feels hopeful.

I do not even live in Houston and had to get a court order from Harris County. Mr. Breston did everything by phone and I called him on Monday and he had it done by Tuesday and for the most reasonable rate ever! Honestly, I was incredibly impressed… never before has a lawyer worked in my favor like this. I definitely recommend him!

I have been working with David Breston for about 5 years now. I first hired him for my immigration issues i had with my student visa. Him and his partners are very great people to deal with and they are all very friendly. We never had any communication issues or any other kind of problem with David Breston. At the moment, he is helping us with my wife’s DWI case and so far the experience with the law firm has been perfect as always. He takes care of his clients very well and his prices are VERY affordable. He has always done a real good job on the cases we needed help with. I would definitely recommend him to anyone that needs someone trustworthy.
