We had a verbal agreement with David Flory’s Real Estate agent on agreed price for a house that my wife and I wished to purchase. That evening I got a call from my agent saying that even though we agreed on a price, David Flory’s agent continued to negotiate with another buyer. Ultimately, the opposing buyer won, because my wife and I felt that they deal was unethical, albeit legal. Just beware when working with David Flory Real Estate, especially if you are a buyer.
