I dropped off my dry cleaning yesterday and picked up today. My initial impression was the building is run down looking and the person behind the counter has no personality. When I picked up today, not much had changed except that my clothes looked really good. There was another customer there at the same time, clearly a regular. The same person with personality had a soul and was pretty lively with the other customer. The other customer left, and so did the employees soul. At least my clothes look nice, the price was right, and maybe Ill become more of a regular to get the VIP personality.
