I’ve never had a problem with any DD’s that I’ve been to but this one got me worked up. A couple weeks ago I went into this location to do a return and the lady that was doing the return didn’t ask me any questions regarding the items that I had brought back in. So problem solved. I went back in today because my sister had bought me a blazer and a shirt but unfortunately did not fit me. I went to do the return and she refused to do the return if I did not have an ID. Wait whaaaaaaaaaat? The lady previously did it no problem but suddenly it is? Ugh I left so annoyed. I went to the location on beechnut and they did the return with a smile. Guess they know customer service.
