I have never been so pleased with the service and help with a business before. Ricki, the manager of the store, was simply wonderful and understanding of the problem I was dealing with. He went beyond the call of duty in the situation. He let me know exactly what I needed and was very fair with the price. He got the work done in a timely fashion, as well. His co-worker/employee, Josh was very nice and helpful, too. Thanks again guys!!!

Trying to be proactive, I swung by this location to have my air checked. Now mind you, it was Saturday afternoon, so I know these people are busy with paying customers, BUT if you advertise that you can just pull up and get your air checked, that’s YOUR policy that you should uphold it. Most locations will at least acknowledge you when you pull up. I had to first wait until the air hose was removed from the front of the stall because the technician threw it down after he finished checking the air for the previous car. Once it was noticed that I couldn’t move up to get my air checked because of the hose on the ground, I waited about 10 minutes to get my air checked. Since it’s free air, I can’t complain too much about it, but the probability of me coming to this location to make a purchase in the future is probably not likely because of the customer service. If I would been acknowledged and told«Hello Maam, we’ll be with as soon as possible,» that would have been enough for me. However, just passing me by and looking the other way is a no go for me to bring my business to a company. It’s good enough to get a free air check, but I’d be hesitant about spending my money here.
