This is the best nail salon in Houston! I’ve been trying to find a good salon for the longest and this is the one! The entire staff is so nice and professional. Tracy was my nail tech and she’s so awesome! Her work is very precise!

The ladies are nice BUT the OWNER walked in with stripper heels and a mini dress ??! This is not the club! At first I loved my nails but then when I got home I noticed they were not even ! She was really rough too. They prices for this place are not reasonable especially for the work they provide!

The worst place to do your nails! First of all, they are rude. They give you an attitude if you want to Change something which I don’t appreciate because that’s there job. Second, the nail salon is filthy! It looks like they haven’t cleaned around for a while. Lastly, One of the workers is so disrespectful and I don’t recommend him. His name is Hung Vo! I recommend going to VEGASNAILS! It’s the best nail salon to go to! It’s literally 3 minutes away from Divas. Tiffany will hook y’all up!

VERYVERYVERYRUDE&UNFRIENDLYSTAFF! When entering/exiting you will not be greeted, they will continue to try to push unwanted services unto you even after repeatedly declining, they ask very personal questions & once you reply they began to speak in their native language to gossip about you, and then they try to stick you with the inexperienced techs if they think you are young or if you are a new client… I WOULDNOTRECOMMENDTHISPLACETOMYWORSEENEMY! I’ve gotten my nails done here like 3 times and 2 out of the 3 have been less than satisfactory experiences. I only went back so many times because there are several people working there and I thought maybe one would actually do a good job… Nope. People aren’t friendly at all. It’s hard to understand what they’re saying a lot of the times and they’re always trying to make you spend more by giving you unexpected fees while you’re checking out; not to mention services are significantly over priced. The place over all doesn’t look like a place a «diva» would get her nails none, it’s more like kids drew on the wall and they just covered it with a big ass mirror. I don’t recommend this place.

First of this place has been ok up until recently! I came in and waiting for 20mins which was fine but the issue was, someone came in AFTER me and asked how long the wait was, they told her 20mins and she waited two whole mins and complained and stated she was leaving! They chased her out telling her they could do her nails now and they looked at me and said I’ll be with u soon and proceeded to move this lady ahead because of her complaining! I was not tolerating that and advised them it was not a smart business move because there we’re ppl ahead of me that got upset too! Needless to say they still proceeded to do her nails and lost 4 customers for one. I was told if I came back I would get a discount. I decided to go back a week later and course they don’t recall the events! NEVERAGAIN!!!

I’m visiting my friend here in Houston and she wanted to get pedis done. A little apprehensive because, I am extremely picky when it comes to the cleanliness of nail salons. Nonetheless, when we walked in, I wasn’t so hesitant on getting my pedi done. It was clean for the most part when walked in but, I wouldn’t give it an A+. Overall, customer service was horrible! The service was decent despite the fact that I really wasn’t confident that the tools were sterilized to my standards. The nail shop I go to back home, the tools are removed from the sterile pack as they are prepping you for your services. Here, they were just pulled out of a drawer along with several other tools. Also, they were super pushy with their pedi services. Of course, they asked a million and one times if you wanted designs, the most expensive pedi blah blah blah lol. Save your coins and risk of a fungal infection ladies and find somewhere else to go.

Been here about 3x and I end up paying about $ 50 on a mani/pedi which includes the works. Paraffin wax, hot stone, exfoliation, etc. There is a guy that works there who is very knowledgeable about nails, hygiene, etc. They also have a stamp card, I think after 20 or so you get one basic mani/pedi free. I go to this place and one other salon in westchase where I find the polish to last on my nails the longest… almost 2 weeks. Came here another day and the ladies here can be a little pushy with trying to convince you to upgrade on your mani/pedi but they still did a good job.

High prices, rude people, long wait times and they take away the price list; this was my experience. I wouldnt have been mad at the price if I knew up front but the price list was snatched from hand. If its going to be two hours just make me set an appointment or tell me to come back in whatever time. I dont understand why they do this backwatds so they get poor reviews and customers that will never return, like me. Stupid diva nails!

This place is a ripoff! The lady with blond short haircut will mess ur nails off n cut into ur flesh n bleed. The customer next to me came back with a finger infection. Do not waste your money she was so rude and had no customer service skills she was talking in Vietnamese about this lady sitting next to me. Really unprofessional i will not come back nor recommend this shitty place

In need of a mani-pedi, I decided to try this place out as they were the only nail salon I could find that was still taking customers past 7:30PM on a Saturday evening. Being that my nail salon I usually go to had already closed, Diva Nails was the alternative. Tacky, somewhat junky, and crammed were the first thoughts that came to mind upon entering. The nail salon was full of customers, so maybe it had been a busy day. Whatever the case was, my first impression of Diva was already going in the negative zone. I had intentions of getting a spa pedicure and a shellac manicure. They had a decent selection of colors in regular nail polish and shellac, so that was a plus. When the lady started my pedi, I could tell the experience wasn’t going to be too spectacular. I don’t recall her putting any footbath additives in the water(maybe I missed that part, but the water looked very clear) and she barely used any cuticle oil. Another one of the nail techs started on my manicure shortly after the pedi began. At this point I was not pleased with how the services were going so I expressed that I had a change of heart and requested a regular manicure & polish. Of course both ladies tried to talk me into getting the shellac instead, but I did not want to spend my money on something that was probably going to be half assed, especially by the way things were already going. I made it clear to them that my mind was made up.“No shellac for me today, just a simple manicure & polish please!” Within seconds, the ladies went foreign on me– speaking to each other in their language. I’m sure I was the topic of discussion. As the one lady got farther along with my pedicure, she tried getting my attention while I was looking at the TV screen. I guess I didn’t notice her, so she then proceeds to blow on my feet in an attempt to grab my attention again. I’m thinking«Whoa. Did she just blow on my feet!!!» I’m sure I hit her with my «WTF face» because that totally caught me off guard! So not cool. She finally finished up my pedicure. When I examined my feet, it almost looked as if the polish was too thin or it needed another coating. My manicure turned out to be just okay. Honestly, I’ve had better. Other random observations that caught my eye– the nail techs had on dingy smocks. What part of the game is that? I also noticed the tub part on my chair had a stain on the side. I didn’t notice this until after my pedi was done. Had I saw this prior to getting started, I would have asked for it to be cleaned. Stuff like this is just not a good look! In the end, my total came out to be $ 30.00. $ 20 for the spa pedicure and $ 10 for the manicure– so at least I wasn’t out of a lot of money. Unfortunately cheap prices is not enough for me to give Diva my business again. There are so many other better nail salons to choose from within the area. I will go elsewhere.

Diva Nails is located all by its sorry, little lonesome in a brand new, yet deserted strip around the Westheimer/Synott intersection, with nothing but a Texaco gas station and a closed-down-before-it-even-opened grooming shoppe as its estranged neighbors. My boyfriend and I used to joke about this place since we would pass by it on the way to his place and it always looked so lonely and pathetic. It was for that reason that I chose, on this particular day, out of the hundreds of thousand of Houston nail salons, to give them my business and get my nails done there for a wedding. First off, I completely underestimated Diva Nails because they definitely have business. The salon is small and tacky(big, glittered hearts painted on yellow walls, ew), but there are plenty of nail techs jumping over themselves to take care of their abundance of customers. They offer all the bare services: manis, pedis, French tips, waxing, mediocre massages, etc. I opted for a French Manicure and a French Pedicure($ 36 for both) and was immediately brought to one of those generic massage chairs. I dipped my feet into the water and it was seething hot. The nail tech half-heartedly asked, «Da watah okay?» while focusing on getting her tools ready, and immediately, I realized how much I was going to despise the heavily-accented, broken English conversations to follow. You guys familiar with the cliché of the nail techs talking about you in their own language while doing your nails? It’s too cliché to actually happen, right? Wrong. The first thing they asked was if I was Vietnamese, I said no, and they immediately switched to their language while staring at me and pointing at my eyebrows. I politely smiled and avoided eye contact as they chatted it up, but damn, was that awkward. I should’ve regurgitated whatever Vietnamese phrases I knew just to make them crap their pants. The work they did was so-so. I got the white tips I wanted, but when I realized they were already chipping only a few hours later, I was kicking myself for ever feeling sorry for Diva Nails. Totally not worth it. Totally not going back.
