Been going to DK’s Slim Gym for about six months now. I started out at 296lbs and as of my current weigh in I’m 271. That doesn’t seem like a lot, but during that time my strength has exploded and I’ve gained a lot of muscle mass while still losing body fat. My shirts are getting tighter around the shoulders, chest and arms and I’ve lost several pant sizes. Friends and family have noticed which is quite a nice boost of confidence. In the six months I’ve been going I’ve yet to have the same workout twice, and I’m sure that its that constant change up of activities that’s allowed me to lose fat while gaining serious muscle. I’ve also never suffered an injury while working out with Darryl largely due to his watchful eye on my form. Overall I couldn’t be happier and I have no plans to give up my time slot anytime soon.

I have been training with Darryl for some time; and have gotten so much out of his workouts. He is the type of trainer who looks at an individual and curtails the workout to them. He understands that a 50yrs. old woman doesn’t need the same workout as a 20yrs one. I have learn to push my self farther then I thought I could. My husband and I both do his boot camp on Saturday and get a great workout. Sue W
