Dollar Tree

Let me start by saying that this review gets 2* one is for the bad apple & the second is because I really do like coming here for quick xmas supplies. With that being said let me rant on about the bad apple.
Walking in I see workers overwhelmed with unloading boxes and stocking new items on the shelf. The store itself was quite a mess but I can imagine with thanksgiving and Black Friday just a few days ago, it must have been hectic .
So as I am done with my shopping I don’t see any registers open so I stand there waiting until an employee can check me out. One particular employee Zoe, sees me at the corner of her eye and continues unloading boxes. She then rolls her eyes and just points for me to go in line. I was confused which register as she mumbled to me I couldn’t understand her. She then got behind the counter threw a bag of candy with anger as if I was bombarding her of what she was doing. I simply asked her if she was having a bad day since she was so rude, she was sweaty, hair all a mess. She was quick with a firm «No» response.
I understand some people can be stressed or having a bad day but do NOT take it out on the customers. I my self work in customer service and I treat people how I wish to be treated when I am purchasing something. On the other hand some people like Zoe don’t need to work in customer service. A simple «hello I can check you out over here. Thank and have a great day. «I didn’t ask for the huffing and puffing.

I like that there is a Dollar Tree in the Copperfield location. I mainly come here for gift bags, gift tissues, bathroom cleaners, q tips, and toner pads. They have 4 cashiers and I never seen them open all at once. Mainly just 2 are open and the other 2 are for storage. Doesn’t make sense. I also had a bad experience today. I came in only for q tips and the employee was re-​stocking them. As I was reaching for one, he SIGH really loudly as if I was messing him up. I reached for more boxes and he just mumbled like I was bothering him. On the other hand he has earphones on and was jamming. If he doesn’t like his jobs he needs to go elsewhere. Also the cashier had earphones as well. Never once greeted hi or bye. (Proper protocol). I guess it was «no manager Sunday»

Absolutely love going here! Come to this location at least 2 – 4 times a week. They have everything that I need for under a dollar.

Love going here for stickers and office supplies. They carry tons of stickers and washi tape
