Domino’s Pizza

One star only because Unilocal requires it.
Never have I heard from ANY dominos that if you place an order online, they have to call you just so that can make your pizza. Why? When the point is I want to place it online, I couldn’t call at the time. Appearently this location, made me wait over an hour to deliver my pizza when it really was never on its way just because they could not call me. So when I called asking when was my pizza that I placed online over an hour ago, was going to arrive at the place I was at soon. The guy on the phone was really rude. He told me after I placed my order he called me and I told him I never received a call from them. He then said ok well we will make your pizza and it will be delivered in 30 to 45 minutes. Excuse me? Yall expect me to wait almost another hour for a pizza? So I asked why are you saying your going to make the pizza now when it should have been here already? He then raised his voice with a «I know» attitude and said it was never made because i never picked up their calls when in fact i never got a call. I CALLED THEM. I said nevermind just cancel my order and he hung up right when I was trying to ask if I will be refunded my money.
Dont place online orders if your in a place that has no signal. Because you won’t get your pizza.
Never bringing my service back to this location. That guy should have further training in customer service or should never deal with customers.

Ordered 2 large pizzas 30 minutes ago. Got it delivered come to find out 1 out of the 2 was wrong. I’ve order pepperoni on half and beef and bacon the the other half, but received all the toppings on the whole pizza instead of half and half. I am very disappointed.

Domino’s is my go-​to pizza delivery chain because of the great online ordering system, online coupons and free delivery with my ShopRunner membership. My husband and I can get 2 medium 2-​topping pies and a specialty chicken to share for $ 5.99 each. My typical order is around $ 20 after tax and this easily feeds us each 2 – 3 meals. You really can’t beat that value.
I order online from this Domino’s regularly, and they are fantastically fast with delivery. Like, under 30 minutes fast.
They always get my order right, and the delivery driver is friendly.
I have nothing bad to say about this Domino’s. Well done!

The store manager is a complete prick. Rude and a liar. Tells me they don’t deliver inside my apartments when I am STANDING RIGHT NEXT TO HIS DELIVERY DRIVER SAM. Literally talking to his driver and the STORE MANAGER is lying to me on the phone. Then he cancels my order, says he won’t make my order and hangs up. Real winning establishment here.

Definitely speedy. Ordered from pizza hut and it took an hour. FIRST TIME I ordered here it was delivered in under 30 minutes!!! I wish I could tip the driver more. Definitely ordering here again

I have now become a dominos customer! in our area, they beat out the pizza hut by FARRRR! — I have to wait an hour for PH and just gave up after three late deliveries, tried dominos after years and boy!!! 15 – 25 min tops! and the pizza is so much better! and the service is excellent!

$ 1 for crushed red pepper or parmesan cheese what a rip off. The site does not provide a spot for instructions like well done crust, or add condiments. To much competition to be like this.

This was the first time I used this location do I did not know what to expect.
First impression the inside area has a unique style and was very clean.
Quality of service: I was warmly greeted and my order taken. Staff was courteous.
Quality of food: right of the t it was very fresh, great taste and the whole family loved it. Best part, no heartburn.
I will make this location my new place to get pizza.

I have NEVER had an issue with the guys at this location. We have ordered during the day for lunch and in the evening for a group of kids (we ordered like 10 pizzas) and they were done in less than 15 minutes, ready to pickup. I highly recommend this location — Timmy is awesome!

it’s okay they took forever on the delivery but they were nice

I ordered a medium pizza and the parmesan bites for the boyfriend and me. I was just going to pick up the order. When I got there, I still had to wait about 10 minutes for them to give me my order. Their little waiting area had no A/​C whatsoever and when the sun is blazing through their windows on a hot, summer day in the afternoon, it got pretty miserable!
When I got home, I opened up the pizza box and the parmesan bites and immediately noticed the bites did not look normal. They were not soft at all like they are supposed to be and they were grossly rolled in funky cheese therefore they did not taste good. I have tasted them many times before so I know how yummy they can be! So, that was very disappointing.
As for the pizza, it just had no flavor. Now that we have been enjoying local Heights italian eateries and pizza joints and know what REAL pizza should taste like… no one should ever go to a chain pizza brand restaurant ever again! It’s just shameful!
And the location is kind of a crappy part of town so maybe that has something to do with a lot of the problems, but most likely not.
