I love going to Jennifer at Dot Dot! I love that she uses environmentally friendly products and has so many good ones to choose from. It’s like a candy store of natural yummy smelling hair products. I have a ridiculous amount of hair and she patiently takes her time and worked with me to find the blonde that I loved. I get so many compliments about how natural my blonde looks, of course, I was born a blonde and Jennifer just ensures that it stays that way!

Jennifer is THE BEST. I’ve always loved my hair when she’s done her magic! She’s also just so friendly and great to talk to!
Her salon is charming and bright! The location is great, and she has a reserved parking spot for her clients!
Her products are great! I know that if Jennifer picked them, they’re great for my hair!

I found Dot Dot salon from searching for a salon that used organic products. My hair had become «fried» from bleach products and constant heat so I was looking to get my hair back to healthy again. I am very picky with my hair and hesitant of trying a new stylist but I couldn’t be more happy I went to Jennifer. The cut was one of the best I have ever gotten, even my husband who is not very observant of hair complimented it right away. On my second visit I got color done and she did an awesome job. My hair is feeling and looking so much healthier.

Absolutely the best all around from booking to blow dry, Jennifer delivers much more than a haircut. She offers a relaxed, engaging, and professional experience of which the hair services are the bonus. I agree with the other reviewers regarding her communication which is excellent when booking appointments. As for the haircut, she pays attention to details and asks questions that help her create a style that aligns with the client’s lifestyle. I haven’t ever been one to book the next appointment at my current appointment but I definitely did this time and will continue to do so with this impeccable stylist.

I was very impressed with Jennifer and her salon. It was wonderful to find someone in Houston who uses organic products and my highlights are beautiful! I have already made my next appointment!

I recently started getting my haircut by Jennifer at Dot Dot Salon and I am a big fan.
1. She knows how to cut curly hair! First she cuts it dry so she can get a feel for your curl pattern and shape of your hair. Then she cuts is wet so you get a precision cut.
2. Jennifer suggests products, but isn’t pushy. And the prices on her products are great! It seems like she wants people to use organic products more than she wants to make a profit.
3. The salon is clean and neat. Sadly, I feel like I have to point that out as the last two salons I used were not. What’s up, salon owners?
4. Jennifer is the only stylist in there so it’s not noisy with eight hairdryers going at the same time.

This is great little local salon! Jennifer is so easy to communicate with via text for scheduling or re-​scheduling. She is super personable and positive, easy to talk to and gives excellent hair cuts. I went in 2 months ago with a terrible cut from a hair school and she cleaned it up, with no false promises, helping me work towards something nice. I went back yesterday, and came out looking amazing! But the true test, was that this morning I did it myself and it still looks awesome.

Jennifer’s business, Dot Dot Salon, has a great ambiance in addition to her warm personality and stylist skills. As a guy, and I usually go with my wife, I find her business to be an experience similar to going over a friend’s place to chat, relax, and have the added benefit of getting personal grooming attention. All the times my wife and I have visited we have been the only customers that she has in the salon and that is because she likes to make it personal. She always offers something to eat and/​or drink (i.e. beer, coffee, biscottis, etc.).
Jennifer takes appointments, but will let you know if there is an earlier availability. Her communication regarding appointment times is the best I have seen.
Regarding my haircuts, she has always been willing to try new styles. Jennifer can cut your hair with as much or as little input/​feedback as you’d like to give. I like the fact that she is willing to try new things or stick to convention depending on your preference.
She has sold me two hair products — which I really like — Loma Organics pomade and nourishing oil have given me versatility in my hair styling and the peace of mind that I am using natural products.
In summary, I would definitely recommend her to a friend!
