Fantastic tailor. This guy does good work, and best of all, he’s HONEST. I’ve been here several times. The most recent time, I brought in a garment that I inherited from a friend. I requested it be altered, and rather than take my money and do what I asked, I was instead told that an alteration was not recommended, as it would cause the garment to become ill-​fitting in other ways, and it would be best to leave it as is. I was blown away and so grateful for the honest business practices. This guy knows his stuff, he does excellent work, and I won’t take my clothes anywhere else.

When you walk into this bar/​tailor shop — yes you heard that right bar/​tailor shop — you might think you’re in the wrong place. But the employees are used to confused looks and they know how to make you feel at ease. They don’t have computers but they take credit cards – «you can’t survive these days if you don’t!» says the owner. They did a great job hemming my two pairs of jeans. I’ll definitely come back. It’s so convenient for me to walk there from my office.

The best tailor in the city. There is nothing more important when getting a nice suit than to have a good tailor customize it for your body.
Never trust the department stores to do this. They don’t have the experience and are just looking to make the sale (and keep their costs down). Mike takes his time to ensure that you leave with a great looking suit. His prices are reasonable, I had a my jacket altered, sleeves taken in and pants reconstructed for $ 100. (All by the next day!)
Don’t trust your suit to a place that does alterations, take it to a real tailor. Duke of Hollywood is the place to go!
