Dyson Service Center

Horrible experience. Made a service appointment online but still waited over 30 minutes only to be told that the reason my Dyson wasn’t getting suction was because of a clog (not covered under warranty) that would cost $ 50 to remove and because the filter was wet (we had just tried to clean it since we weren’t getting suction). Before I could even ask any more questions the guy handed me my vacuum and shooed me out of the service center. The guy was just abrasive and rude and made no effort to help me get decent performance from my vacuum. Not to mention that the supposed clog they want to charge $ 50 to remove is in a very short part of the vacuum that I could get out on my own no problem. Ultimately, we’ve never been any more satisfied with our $ 500 Dyson than we were with a $ 40 Hoover and the service experience is just the cherry on top. Will be going with Miele or another brand in the future.

Santos was extremely helpful in getting my wife turned around quickly! They immediately new what the problem was and then for a more than reasonable fee changed it to a more rugged part to help prevent future issues. Considering the vacuum was 6 years old and this was it 1^st issues, I am very pleased to have spent the extra money on this machine.

A little pricy but good, friendly & quick service.

Exceptional customer service! Went in expecting to be told I needed to have my cordless stick vac serviced and cleaned but was happily informed that it was actually not necessary based on it’s condition. Also needed to have a minor repair done, which was taken care of quickly. In and out in a matter of minutes. So refreshing to run into honest business owners who truly just want to take care of their customers. Will definitely be back!

Was shocked to discover the Unilocal reviews were all accurate! Went in on a Monday afternoon, no appointment, no call before, and brought in an original Dyson that I was very close to throwing away as my hubby had unsuccessfully tried every You Tube video about how to restore the suction. Anyway, 5 mins later — and for no charge — my Dyson was as good as new, and I was out the door. Couldn’t believe it!

Santos was awesome. I waited 10 minutes and he replaced a part and I was on my way. I had no idea Dyson’s have a 5 year warranty. If you made the investment on a high-​end Dyson and live in Houston this is the place to take it. Just a heads up on location it’s a little hard to find with all of the construction on 290, so make sure to google it before you go.

My sister had a Dyson vacuum that was only a few months old and seemed to be stuck in
«Wand mode» and wouldn’t vacuum normally. She lives several hours away so she brought it to me to take in during the week. I stopped by the shop expecting to drop it off, leave a phone number & return weeks later. Not the case at all! Santos plugged it right in, tested it out & found the solution in about 30 seconds. He verified everything was operational & I was out the door in less than 5 minutes! I was shocked. Will definitely use the service center any time I have issues with my Dyson in the future. Highly, highly recommend this place!

Just brought in my Dyson dc24 and Santos was absolutely AWESOME! He fixed it for me in less that 10minutes. This place is Excellent! Will definitely be back if I have any issues with my Dyson products!

The on/​off button on my DC-​41 stopped working. All the repair shops were far from the Woodlands. I chose to drive down to this location because he is the authorized dealer and I knew he most likely had the parts on hand. He was extremely friendly and by the time I finished filling out my paperwork, he was done! I was stunned. I thought I would have to leave it… but it was done!!! Now I am sorry I didn’t bring my ‘old yellar’ Dyson with me for a new motor! (The Original… yep, it is still going.) I was going to bring it down when I picked up the purple. Oh well, nice to know someone is so well-​versed on this product and so good at what he does. Thank you!

Awesome service! I brought my Dyson vacuum in today. Within 5 minutes, the tech knew it was clogged because of a Popsicle stick (darn kids!) Cleared the clog and fixed a hose in less than 10 minutes for about $ 45. So glad to have my vacuum back in working order and in one trip! I’ll hope that I won’t have to go back because I hope not to suck up anymore Popsicle sticks into it, but if I do, l’ll be back for sure! ;)

Sonjay did a great job. Had my vacuum cleaner fixed in under 10 minutes. Very personable and nice as well.

Santos greeted me at the door as I arrived. He listened as I explained the issue and told me no problem it should take about 15 minutes to fix. I waited in the clean, beautiful showroom for approx. 10 minutes and Santos came out with my fixed vacuum. I highly recommend this service center. The staff is friendly, attentive, and service oriented.

santos was awesome and fixed my vaccuum while I waited. It cost $ 107 which was more than I planned but it works again!

Took advantage of the free check up for my year old Dyson. Santos was a great help, checking it thoroughly and giving me some tips for filter and part cleaning I could do at home, added training which was very helpful.
I love my Dyson and am glad the service center is here in case I run into problems.
Fifteen minutes later I was out the door, a happy customer.

I was the very first customer which repaired my Dyson vacuum there.
They finished the work within an hour and the workers were super nice!
Even though I lost my paper works for the machine, they still fixed it for me.
So glad I went there and will continue visit them when I need to.
