Quiet, very affordable, safe, and down the street from two major highways. I’ve had no problem with this apartment complex so far.

I like these apartments. They got rid of a lunatic that was harassing my wife and me a few years ago and I haven’t had any problems since. This was a woman who called the cops and complained that a tentant was parking to close to the white dividing lines and she wanted him arrested. When that didn’t work she went to Nami and compained. When Nami laughed this lune started filling her voice mail with msgs. They finally had to get their legal dept to kick her out and it’s been peaceful ever since. In all my years I’ve seldom ever seen a tenant like her. The only problem I’ve seen so far since this lune has moved had been with the energy corridor building that’s going on. I’m afraid that traffic is going to get much worse when the office buildings open up… but that’s Houston. The rest of the country is knocking on our doors since we have such a great city.

I wish I would have found this review before I moved in. Nami is still the manager here and has given me hell since day one. They charged me double deposits and did not live up to their free first month’s rent, as advertised. Nami called me 3 times a day at work, harassing me to come to the office to sign a new contract, a week after I moved in, because she wanted even MORE money out of me! She asknowledged that they made a mistake, on a recorded voicemail. I finally told her that I was going to sue for harassment if she didn’t stop calling and putting daily notes on my door. She screamed at me in front of her staff AND the tenants(she followed me outside screaming.) I think one of her staff informed her of how American laws work differently than in China. Her maintenance guy is a joke. They would swear that he had come to my apartment to make repairs, but it wasn’t until the 3rd time that I put in written requests(and called each time, too) that he would bother to show up… and he stole my personal property! He didn’t go to jail nor get reprimanded because he returned it, but he was an abnoxious ass to me every time I saw him in the office. ROACHES!!! They refuse to spray for them, which violates the law of having a clean, safe dwelling. The downstairs neighbor used to bang on my door if I pulled my chair out from under the dinner table, and called the police when I ran my washing machine. He didn’t like the noise. After the 2nd call, the police told him that he needed to deal with it, but Nami said that I am the one who has to move out when my lease is up! Maybe she is afraid of him — he is an angry Muslim with many wives and children. Parking is a nightmare. The spots are not big enough to fit your vehicle, and many times I have had to get in my car by climbing through the passenger side! Terrible!

No, no, no, no, no! I have turned two police reports in regarding the death threats I’ve received from the man with mental issues that lives below me. I work in the apartment industry and expected the issue to be handled differently by Nami, who works in the office. THEMANSPITINMYMOTHER’S FACE! He is a menace who likes to scream at kids! And the management office refuses to do anything about it. Their excuse? I’m the only one complaining to the office so the problem is with me. Not with him. Nami, you are a lying, cheating disgrace of a woman! After speaking with someone else in the office I discovered that one of my neighbors I’ve been confiding with has also put in a few complaints about the crazy man and they too have been ignored. I was also told that on several occasions, this man has come in to threaten office staff and scream at them too! And they refuse to kick this man out and continue to renew him. I can’t wait until I move out! Just a little more than a month and I’m free at last!
