Well, it’s 22 August and I still don’t have my furniture. My request for delivery has been in since 7÷28÷2011. I’ve been calling frequently and keep getting the run around. Eagle Van Lines will never get my business again. They don’t care how they treat their customers. I’m definitely concerned about the condition of my belongings. I left another message thismorning for Ashlan Gipson, the controller of my destiny at this point :(and its 1136 and she hasn’t returned my call. I swear i think she has the employees trained to tell me «OHHHHH, this is Ms. Edwards, yeah, well, oh she’s not in yet. I will take down your name and number and have her call you as soon as she gets in.»

Complete bums. I contracted with a moving service that subcontracted to Eagle Van Lines for my delivery. A representative called me on a Thursday asking to schedule delivery for that day. They never showed. I called on Thursday and Friday and received no answer. I reached a representative on Saturday and they told me they would be arriving on Monday. They did not arrive. They finally arrived on Tuesday. They sent a man and a woman to move some extremely heavy items, so of course, I ended up helping move things I had paid someone else to move. They«lost» one of my boxes and proceeded to transport furniture pieces into my house that were not mine(condolences to whomever that furniture did belong to; methinks you will not see it again). I cannot express how frustrating and shoddy of a service this company provided.

DONOTUSE. This company is not to be trusted. They will state one thing when you schedule your move, but then perform in a completely different unsatisfactory way. We were told our delivery(picked up on June 24) would be delivered on or «near» July 1, 2011. It was delivered on July 17. We were missing some property(parts to two bed frames, so they have to be replaced), and much of our property was damaged. My custom bike is scraped and our very expensive Tempur-pedic mattress had mud or grease all along one corner. Apparently, although Ashlan Gipson and Kathy(sp?) told us our belongings would not go to storage, they did, for several weeks. We’re thoroughly unsatisfied and do not recommend this company. Of course we will revise all of our reviews if we are compensated for our losses and inconvenience. DONOTUSE.
