So I called to get some information over the phone and was out on hold for 15 minutes. No one ever came back to see if I was still holding or had been taken care of. So I hung up and again called. They are quick to answer and quick to out you hold and not come back. So I stated that I had been on hold and no one ever gave me an answer. So the lady that answered gave the phone to the pricer? And the pricer stated per corporate office policy she us not able to give out prices? So then I asked for the Store manager(Eva) and she stated she was busy. So no one was available to help. Shame on a company that will not go the extra mile for a past, present or future customer.
