First off I don’t trust leaving my truck with anyone much less anywhere. But these guys at Elite auto experts are professional, very knowledgable, and great mechanics. The first time I brought my truck in there was on a Monday and I had a bad power steering pump and Moe told me he could have the part delivered and replaced all within the same day for a fair price. So about a month ago, I brought my truck to them because it wasn’t running right and I wanted them to check it out and see if they could find anything and it turns out my throttle body was just about to go out, and then Moe told me that he could have the part delivered and replaced all within the same day… I was a very happy customer when he was nice enough to take me home and pick me up to bring me back to my truck, it’s now running better than ever! Took my 2001 Chevrolet Silverado Z71 in for AC repair. The staff was very professional. I had price shopped prior to going there so I know the price they quoted was competitive. They dropped me off back home while the repair was being done and when it took longer than expected they came and picked me and provided me with a loaner car for the evening. The repair came with a two year warranty. It has been about 3 weeks since the repair was made and my AC is blowing ice cold in this Texas heat. I also received a hand written note in the mail a few weeks after the repair thanking me for my business. I will definitely return. Thanks Moe

My Suburban had a vibration/​hesitation at higher speeds and the 100k service was due. The techs gave me a fair assessment and price quote before any work was done and thought the service might help the hesitation, but there were no engine defect codes. The truck still had the problem after the tune-​up so the tech rode with me and suggested it may be the transmission. It’s at the transmission shop now getting a torque converter installed based on this shops correct assessment. Happy with the service. I will return.

I went here over the summer when the AC went out on my old vehicle on the HOTTEST day of the Summer. I didn’t really have the luxury of shopping around because the heat was draining the life out of me. They quickly did a leak test and boosted my AC for a very fair price. They showed me the problem and made sure I understood what was going on. They offered a discount on the repair if I returned to them. I must have been in and out and on my way in 20 minutes.

AVOID ELITE AUTO EXPERTS on FM 529 like a plague!!! A simple oil change is all I asked for and it resulted in over $ 200 dollars to repair my starter that was drenched in oil due to them not tightening the oil filter properly. How can you call yourself a reputable mechanic shop when something as simple as an Oil change can not be done right!!!
And what’s worst is that the Mechanic Shop does NOT take responsibility for this even when all the evidence is presented.
