Elysian at Liberty Hills Apartments

I’ve been living at Elysian at Liberty Hills for a year and a half and have extended my lease, because I love living here so much! The location is perfect for great restaurants, and retail shopping and also close to downtown. The staff is always very friendly and helpful, and the complex is kept very clean. The apartment itself has very nice upgrades and the maintenance staff is readily available — my water heater was leaking and within a few hours, they replaced it and cleaned up the mess the leaking water made. I was happy with the level of service provided to me as a resident.

Renters beware! I had lived at these apartments for almost 3years and had several issues with them including unsafe environment with break-​ins and robberies at people’s cars. They had worms or parasites in the pool in which they didn’t fix for weeks and continued to let kids swim in it. maintenance men walked into my apartment unannounced on several occasions and Stepped on my furniture. On move out they are charging me 600 to change the carpet in the entire apartment and also charges for it to be cleaned. When the only damage was is one room .also most complexes have to change the carpet anyways with long term tenants. I have tried contacting their district manager for 3weeks and no one has called back. I feel as if they are taking advantage of people that live here. If I knew what I knew today I would have saved my money and went to another apartment complex where they value the people staying there. Also by the way there is absolutely noooo parking at night. They will tell u it’s not an issue but I assure u it is. I would have to walk from the very back parking all the way to the front with groceries and a small child almost every other day.
