Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Need a car over the holidays and this location was a big help and the customer service was great. Had me in and out within 20 minutes. Keep up the great work

If you like to stand in long lines, service staff to ignore you, and to be treated like a criminal this is the place for you!!! I will never rent a rental car from this place again. The only reason I did in the first place was because the insurance company recommended them. What a big mistake! The one pro is that they treat everybody the same. There were 10 people in the building and they were ignoring everybody else. They just turned the lights off when there are 5 people in the building. I guess they want us to just leave without us dropping of the rental or picking up a vehicle. Seems like they are in a hurry to get to happy hour. I am not the only one upset. Everybody in here is very upset to be here. DO NOT EVER RENT A CAR FROM THIS PLACE. I have never had a rental car problem with the places at the airport, but this place is a joke. Ps. The car I rented had an empty fuel tank. I barely made it to the gas station to fill up before running out of gas. I wonder how much they charged the person before me to «fill» up the tank when they returned it??? Good Luck if you choose to ignore this review.

The staff here has excellent customer service! I rented from them doe a very long time and they became friends. Very professional, excellent customer service, handled any challenges I may have had. I absolutely love how they took care of my rental needs! I would highly recommend them! Chris was nice Quam was excellent!!!

My car broke down and AAA membership provides a free rental car for 24 hours. I immediately went to the nearest Enterprise and was told they had no cars available. I asked for the number to the next closest, called them and explained I was looking for a one day rental through AAA. I was told a corolla and elantra were available.
I went over to that location and said I had just called about a rental car through AAA. They now told me the only thing available was a truck. I told him I just called less than 10 mins ago and there were two other cars available. He said he didn’t know who I talked to but the truck was the only thing available. I didn’t have time to go anywhere else since I was late to work already so I told him to give me the truck.
After doing paperwork and getting the car cleaned up he told me that I needed to pay out of my pocket for the extra charge for the truck. I refused to pay the extra charge since I had been told other cars were available and I could have gone somewhere if I had known that wasn’t the case. He then said I could have a Hyundai forte without paying extra so I asked him to go ahead and give me that. Then spent another 10 mins on paperwork and waiting. After which I was told they did have an Elantra and wanted me to take that. I said fine. Then waited another 15 mins for clean up of the car. At this point I had been there for 45 minutes.
The people there were nice enough and did apologize for the hassle in the end but I don’t expect to spend an hour trying to rent a car for a day. I would not go back here to rent a car.
