Summary: don’t go here if you expect to be treated like an actual human being rather than atm machine. Service needs to be re-​evaluated. The only good review here came from family in other words not reliable
The location of the store is on Harwin… this fact tells you that you are in the bargaining area of Houston. When you walk into this store you are still aware of that fact because the place is small, messy, and certainly NOT upscale. Then, you are greeted by a sign that says that unless you are planning to buy don’t waste your time or ours. OK. Then after looking around for a bit while no sales person even ask you if you would like some help, we asked for help.
The salesman showed us a catalogue of the dresses from designer that we wanted to see. He tells us that these are in the 500 – 600 $ range and that they are authentic dresses not the fake ones that you can order off the internet. He repeated this twice until my daughter told him Ok we heard you the first time already. He then says he didn’t want us to waste his time if we were not planning to spend that much. All the while we haven’t even seen any of these supposedly real dresses that sells for 500 – 600 $. UH DUDE, how do we know if we want to spend even a 100 $ on dresses that you wouldn’t even deign to «waste» the time to show us. You Jerk! If you are such a «couture» shop and act so arrogant then get your store a better address and stock it like one.

Great personalized service by the manager /​owner Anil! I was looking for a gorgeous dress for my sister’s wedding but everything I found online was too expensive and hard to fit into since I am petite. So I decided to go to the market and look and some dresses in store. I found one at Envy Couture but it was too big for me, not only did the manager get it altered for me within 2 days because I was flying out, he also helped me pick matching shoes and jewelry to go with it! Thank you Anil, I hope to be back soon :)

I had just finished buying my wedding dress and was looking at bridesmaids dresses there when I realized I could probably find them much cheaper on Harwin, so I headed to the capital of straight from China-​to-​you.
I walked in and was greeted by tons of super-​sparkly prom dresses in plastic bags. When I was finally acknowledged, I told the manager that I was looking for bridesmaid dresses, He proceeded to tell me that they were all upwards of $ 250.
«Really?» I asked. «you don’t have anything cheaper… I don’t need any sparkles on the dresses.»
He gave me a look, flicked his hair, and said «No… we don’t sell counterfeit dresses here.»
Ummm…boo, boo. Did I ask you for any counterfeit dresses? I simply asked you for something cheaper, because you are charging more than bridal stores for bridesmaid dresses! And last time I checked… your shop isn’t in River Oaks… it’s on Harwin, nestled in between cheap plastic good and factory-​made rugs.
