The waxers are friendly and make it a very comfortable experience. I’ve been going for a few months and liked it so much and was so confident in their service, that I purchased a years worth of waxes!

I have been waxing for about 3 years now and I have always had an amazing experience every time I visited the San Felipe and Voss location! All of the waxers perform at such a professional and respectful, caring manner. The front desk associates are very approachable, friendly and outgoing. Best EWC location in the greater Houston area by far when it comes to getting the ULTIMATE waxing experience. I would def recommend anyone to try them out because they also offer some complimentary first time guest incentives.

Typically a very happy customer but not today. Came in for a previously scheduled underarm wax and Brazilian. When I checked in for my appointment I repeated the services that I was supposed to receive. The girl at the desk told me no problem, we’ll get you checked in. I then get called back, begin to undress in the room and my waxer says I’m scheduled for an underarm. I clarify that that’s incorrect and she proceeds to inform me that she doesn’t have time, but can «try» to do a Brazilian. I say no I don’t want you to «try» and then rush through and do a crap job. She rushed through my appointment anyway but leaves me with a decent underarm and I head up to check out. When I bring up the mistake I’m told that no, I was only scheduled for an underarm. At this point I’m pretty frustrated and ask them why this wasn’t clarified when I listed out my appointment at check in which included the Brazilian. Which is met with a deer in the headlights look from some obviously new girl. Just very frustrating when you have been coming routinely, with a scheduled appointment and are met with incompetence. Keep it together Euro wax or you’ll be losing this customer.

Absolutely love this place!!! Quiet, clean, service is good I’m always greeted right away they also have lots of deals for first timers and students the more you wax the more you savejust saw my girl Jessica she super awesome and sweet

I’ve worked in this EWC salon for almost 2 years. I have since changed jobs but i still come to get waxed here. I would only recommend Cathy or Britney!!! I’ve known them for almost 4 years and cant without a doubt say they are caring, hard working, and really enjoy what they do! They are very thorough and gentle. If you’re going to anyone else, your missing out!!!

Horrible… I went for just a lip waxing, the lady was super rough! She even drop wax on my lip! Won’t ever come back to this location.

First time!!! I am so glad I finally did it and I love it! I can’t ask for more. The costumer service at the Voss location is great and I will continue going. I can’t go back to shaving! Never again! As well the prices are very reasonable and way cheaper than buying razors.

Good, quick and simple service. The ladies here are the most pleasant out of the three locations I’ve used in Houston. Being able to reserve online is a plus also.

Clean, quick and as painless as possible. I’ve gone to Cathy twice. This will probably be my usual place. Appointments are easy to make online and they call you to remind you the day before too!

I come here on my lunch break to do eye, lip, and chin about once a month. They are always awesome and book me day of appointments. The process is actually very relaxing and pretty painless. I would recommend them to anyone!

This was my first time and it was very good. The staff was nice and pleasant and I will definitely be back! It was a little painful but they will be gentle with you as needed. No STRESS… No WORRIES!

I’ve been going to European Wax Center for just about a year now, and IT IS AMAZING.
STOP getting waxed at the nail salon, and STOP overpaying at a beauty boutique that doesn’t specialize in waxing. To start, the wax they use is seriously one-​of-​a-​kind and makes a HUGE difference in the initial pain, redness, and healing process. The workers are SO KIND and talk you through the whole process, especially if it’s your first time. Also, the payment programs they have make it CHEAPER than going to the nail salon to get them done.
I go to Cathy at this location, and she is terrific. Relaxed, kind, and will make anyone feel comfortable. I took my boyfriend for an eyebrow wax (at his request), and not only did he love it, but he said Cathy was so wonderful, talked him through the entire process, and he felt knowledgeable and appreciate the service!
This will always be my go-​to for any waxing services!

This is the best European in all of Houston. Nicest most accommodating staff and best and friendliest waxers. I drive across town to come here cuz my more local ones suck.

This place is the best I literally pass about 3 or 4 others EWC just to go here. The staff is friendly, the front desk ladies are also great, this last time they had a new girl named Jennifer and she was extremely helpful and got all of my needs squared away in a nice timely manner, and now to my waxer OMG SHE IS THE BEST, her name is Nikia and she quick, pretty painless, and she will talk to you keeping you comfortable during the entire process, I couldn’t ask for a better wax experience.

The packages here make waxing very affordable for waxing. I highly recommend them.

So far so good! I’m super picky when it comes to who does my eyebrows. If you find the right gal this place is fast and does good work. Jackie is the only one who does my brows at this location. I’m sure others are good, I just happen to find someone I like and stayed put.
