The owner is the nicest man ever! Also the pasta is amazing, everyone in Houston needs to stop by, bag pasta will never be the same.

It took me visiting Italy, realizing our city doesn’t have a lot of authentic Italian places and mourning my loss of good pasta before I bit the bullet and stopped by. I regret not stopping sooner. Fabio’s tortellini(of any kind) is proof there is a God. You need to go in and snag yourself some(Like, right now. Go! Leave work and just go!). The eggplant lasagna was also delicious.

I went to a friend’s house over the weekend and they served Fabio’s pasta and it was fantastic. I didn’t know this place existed. The last fresh pasta store I know was Ferrari’s and it closed down years ago. I will definitely be coming here to get pasta. If you haven’t had fresh pasta, I highly recommend you try it. There is a HUGE difference between it and what you buy at the store.

I was greeted at the door and guided to the perfect selection of fresh pasta. What a difference fresh pasta makes. I would highly recommend purchasing your pasta from here as opposed to the fancy grocery stores!

I LOVE this place! He always has fresh pasta and fresh sauce. Fabio is always so nice and helpful. I highly suggest everything here. I love the red sauce, pesto and the meat raviolis the best! :) Another visit to Fabio’s! He is always working and always so helpful. We decided to try out the chicken lasagna and we can’t wait to eat it tonight! Seriously one of the best pastas in Houston!

I have learned the joy of fresh, well made pasta… Fabio’s is the best pasta I have found, ever. They have everything from tortellini to fettuccini, and some incredible pesto. Not only is the pasta great, the owner is typically in the shop and you can tell how much effort and pride he puts into the place. I won’t buy pasta anywhere else.

Great homemade pasta and pasta sauces. Can’t wait to try the ravioli next time. Even the cheesecake was great! Perfect to augment a home cooked meal.

Houston(everyone) needs more local specialty stores like this. Having fresh made, not from a box pasta is always a game changer. The management and staff are extremely helpful and friendly. They use fresh eggs and Italian flour to make amazing pastas. To top it off they have outstanding sauces. Oh and the cheesecake is awesome too. On our most recent visit we ran in here 10 minutes before closing time. They were out of fettuccine and Fabio offered to cut more pasta right there on the spot at no extra cost. Which helped make our night.

Came into Fabio’s today 30 minutes until closing. Fabio(the owner) was so sweet and welcoming! Prices were good and the selection was wonderful. We came home to make the food(which didn’t take long at all) and it came out wonderful. Fabio also gave us tiramisu on the house. So happy with my experience and cannot wait to go back! Fresh pasta is always worth the trip :)

Fabio’s is an absolute treasure! I needed ravioli dough so Fabio and his crew whipped it up in about ten minutes. So friendly and helpful. And the ravioli was terrific. Love this place.

Yesterday was my first time visiting here. Fabio was very generous! He said«the tiramisu is on the house» when I was checking out with pasta, meat lasagna and seafood raviolis. What a surprise! I appreciate it! It’s a tiny place with detailed suggestions. I will recommend this place to my friends. The parking is easy and the location is a super plus as it’s right by the Trader Joe’s.

Love the place, great staff meets your expectations and the pasta is the best I’ve ever tried here in Houston, freshly made everyday, for someone who loves cooking Italian dishes there’s nothing better than this.

Love this place — Fabio introduced himself right away and was very attentive. I left with the ossobucco ravioli and Marsala sauce — this made a divine dinner! The ossobucco was worth every penny! I’m very excited to try his other stuffed pastas, the lasagna, and his other sauces. Really can’t go wrong here!

My new go-to place for fresh, handmade pasta. The owner was very helpful in recommending sauces to pair with each pasta selection. The mushroom ravioli paired with pesto sauce was over the top good. We also tried the butternut squash ravioli paired with a sage sauce. Also fantastic. Even better, my daughter loved everything, and I was the dinner hero!

I have been to this place various times during my grocery run to Trader Joe’s across the street. That is actually how I first noticed this hidden little shop, via the TJ’s parking lot. Everything I have tried has been so good! Much better than anything boxed, frozen and even comparable or better than some of the pasta I’ve had at restaurants. I’ve sampled the fettuccine, various frozen raviolis and something frozen similar to a rolled lasagna, but rolled up with meat in it(either beef/pork mixture or chicken). The frozen items are marked as having a shelf life of 1 month, but I’ve eaten them a little later. The fresh pasta has a shelf life of 2 – 3 days typically. Although this might seem like a short shelf life you have to keep in mind that all of the ingredients are fresh without preservatives so they don’t last as long as other«fresh» pastas you might find at the grocery store. When you walk into the shop everything is in two refrigerators, so the shop is actually very small. However, don’t just a book by its cover as this food is great! I think that the price is comparable to the fresh pasta you might find at whole foods or HEB. It is also relative to what you are buying. For instances, items with meat will cost more. More specifically, anything filled with lobster and osso bucco is pricey, but so good! Yes, I did purchase the lobster ravioli and made it at home. The prices on the items are not listed, so you may want to ask if you are budget conscious. Also, feel free to ask which sauces pair well with which pastas if you don’t intend on making your own. The staff is very friendly! The owner is half Italian and half Spanish(from Spain) and very nice! On rare occasions they even provide small samples, for instance I received a small sample package after a purchase on mother’s day for my mom! Personally my favorite item from this shop is the ravioli! You can’t go wrong with these! I’ve tried their butternut squash, mushroom and meat mixture to name a few. I like that they cook so quickly are easy to prep. I eat the left overs for lunch at work. Although, the pastas are BEST eaten immediately after cooked because they begin to dry out after being microwaved/reheated. The parking lot is small and I believe they are closed on Sundays!

Great fresh pasta at good prices! I love making my own pasta, but it takes a long time, a delicate touch, and it makes one heck of a mess. Although dried pasta works in a pinch, nothing matches the toothsomeness of a fresh noodle. Now that Trader Joe’s is right across the street, it’s easy to pop in to Fabio’s and get some pasta for the basil and marinara I just bought. The shapes of the pastas are somewhat limited(no penne, farfalle, orechiette, or bucatini), but they have a number of filled options(ravioli, mezzalune) that look awesome. Give it a try. It’s worth a few bucks more to get some amazing pasta.

So happy there is a fresh pasta store near me! My mom used to buy their pasta when they were located in The Village. I’ve eaten at their(now closed) restaurant. Thankfully after all these years(over 20), I can get their pasta again. NOTHING beats fresh pasta. I love their chewy eggy spaghetti and their ravioli brings back childhood memories(I ate Fabios when I was young). They only carry a limited selection so call in to see what they have today. I’m going back on Friday for their osso bucco ravioli! And the lobster ravioli is A MUST!
