I’ve had bad experiences in other places with having sensitive skin and after coming here I must say I have found my forever place. The staff is always very nice and its always clean and always has a relaxing vibe. Plus they have great hours and open Sundays! Bonus they always have chocolates for while you are waiting.

Every time I’ve come here, the staff has been wonderful and polite. The establishment is clean and well organized. My esthetician, Monique, is amazing. She’s very informative and friendly and I can definitely notice a difference in my skin since I’ve been coming. I would definitely recommend everyone to come and try this place.

I went in after seeing the remarkable transformation on my sister’s face. In search of that glow and youthful appearance, i quickly booked my appointment with Makyba. I loved the spa. It is very clean and very easy to check in. I felt the entire appointment was very efficient, which is exactly what a busy person like me needs. I loved that they took an initial picture, they offer membership packages which is a WIN b/​c you can’t beat the prices for the service you receive, and the products are some of the best I have ever used. I have been once and don’t have anything negative to say. I loved that Makyba walked me through everything she was doing and it was clear she read my chart prior to seeing me. I will definitely be coming back and recommending this spa to everyone I know :)

This spa provides excellent value for the services provided. It is conveniently located just off the freeway and it is well staffed. I like to take care of my skin and I think finding a place where you like the services offered is not always easy. This is my spa of choice.

An O2 facial at Faces 365 with Roshanak was a relaxing experience that I would recommend to anyone. Roshanak is very professional and great at her job. This hydrating facial is a great way to treat your self for the holidays!

Got my first facial here and I completely loved it! The staff is really nice. The facial is thorough and the esthetician makes you feel comfortable. Making sure that whatever products are being used don’t cause discomfort or harm to the skin. The massage is also great! Very relaxing. Definitely recommending this place to my friends & family, and I will be signing up for a membership!

I’ve come here in the past and loved it, I’m the the beauty industry myself, I had Sydney she was so sweet and I love they carry yonka and image (my skin is super sensitive) so when I find a product line that works I stick with it, I love the image vitamin C eye gel!!! Highly recommend this place can’t wait to come back and relax!

This place is conveniently located to my home so I brought my son in to deal with some teenage acne. They have done a terrific job with him and he actually seems to enjoy the experience. (although he would deny it vehemently– not cool) Brittany has done a great job getting situation under control
I decided to book an apt for myself and had a Yonka facial with Roshanek. It was wonderful and she really counseled me on what my fair, sensitive skin needs.

I love this place! I’ve been a member for three years. I have the more expensive membership but I think it’s worth it. When I haven’t been able to get in on a monthly basis my points built up and I could get extra services or two facials within a month. Sometimes they will give you a sample of a product to try or discount it. I’ve suspended my account for a period of time and this was a lifesaver. The eshteticians are knowledgeable and give some good tips. Just went in after time off of three months and got the O2 facial. My skin is glowing and hydrated! You may think your skin is ok until after you have one if these facials and see the remarkable difference!

Love the staff, services and products. The overall experience is awesome. The staff is super knowledgable about skin care which I appreciated. They created a skin care regimen with me and I’ve noticed considerable results during the last 18 months of being a member here. Very satisfied. I have recommended Faces365 on Bunkerhill to my friends and will continue to send folks here. Side note if you’re frugal: I’ve shopped around a ton and been to many other spas in Houston during the last 10 years and this place is the absolute best value consistently.

I have been coming here for over three years. The only esthetician I have used is Brittany. She is very professional and experienced. She makes the waxes quick and painless as possible. I was happy with the end results. There are no bad experiences to report; she is the best. The facilities are always clean including the restrooms. The waiting area offers soft music and refreshing drinks. The front desk attendant greets you at the door and I’m checked in right away.
