Initially I had a positive experience. I paid 95 dollars for a trip charge for two technicians to come out and troubleshoot my front load LG washer — it was emitting a burning smell in certain cycles. After breaking down the machine, they said they saw no signs of physical friction, that the rubber liner showed no burn marks, and that quite frankly they weren’t sure but to call them back if it were to happen again and they would come back since they hadn’t fixed it. In the mean time, I was to keep it clean in an effort to prevent build up etc. It happened again and I contacted the same technician two times as instructed — he never responded to me. Given the arrival of my daughter, and the need to have a fully functional washer, I purchased a new one and hauled away the old unit. I contacted factory appliance via phone to relay my experience and request a few modification or a full refund, to which the individual said they’d contact their manager and have them contact me… Which never happened. Seeing how I paid 95 dollars for someone to come out and tell me to keep my washer clean, I wouldn’t recommend this company.

I can’t speak highly enough of their service. They are responsive, friendly, and helpful on the phone. Paul, the technician, called and came when he said he would. He was helpful and explained everything he was doing. He is knowledgeable, fast, and thorough. He is honest, never trying to suggest an unnecessary or expensive repair. He quickly fixed my appliance, gave me maintenance tips for the future, cleaned up the work area(even swept out the dust behind the appliance while he had it pulled out), and it all cost less than I thought it would!
