Fastsigns

I communicated with the office first via email, sending the requested lettering for a double-​sided single color 18×24 sign. I then drove to their office to deliver a check for half the cost. That was on a Monday and I was told it would take 7 to 10 business days. (Printing for TEN yard signs was going to be done in Dallas!) It took two days to get a proof, which I only got via email after a phone call to the office and when I did get it, it was wrong. I sent a correction but never received a final proof in writing. Called their office again on Friday. Still no final proof but was assured the signs would be ready by the following Friday. Their office did not call me when the signs arrived. I only found out they were available for pick up when I called the office to ask about the order. When I picked up the signs that Friday afternoon, they had been printed WRONG and the Houston office had printed tape to tape over the incorrect lettering. Fortunately the manager sympathized with this poor service and will write off the balance due.

The customer service I receive from my Fastsigns store is fantastic! Philip and his staff are always ready to help me decide on and receive the best product for my needs. I’ve been very satisfied with every product I’ve purchased from them.
