FastSigns here is struggling. It took ONE WEEK to get a simple decal installed. Mainly because the quoting process and staff here is painfully slow. Customer service is poor and unenthusiastic and does not have a can do attitude overall. For a simple decal I would have expected a lower price point as well.
I would recommend trying either a different FastSigns or a different store entirely.
