Great Service. Awesome Attendants!!! I stopped by earlier today. I had to mail something to mg partner in NY. I was struggling packing the stuff and the gentleman behind then counter volunteered to help and got it done. Thankful and appreciative of the help. The location is in a dying part of 1960 however the employer was very nice and friendly.

Nice, but incompetent staff. I called beforehand to see if the employees would be able to remove the binding of a paperback text book and replace it with plastic spirals. They said yes, so I went in. After a long wait, I went to check in on the job. The kid behind the counter told me it was his first time spiralizing a book! Mind you, he was working on my First Aid (medical school bible). I ended up with a sloppy looking book with a spiral that was too long and 2x the size I wanted as well as a bag of book pages since the employee punched in the holes the wrong way (you had ONE job?!). They said they inserted copies of all the pages they messed up, but I later found out that pages are still missing. The pages that ARE there are falling out. The manager told me to come in the following day because it was taking forever and apologized by «only charging me $ 5.» I should’ve left without paying!

If you are interested in wasting your time and dealing with unhelpful employees this is the store for you. Waited at the desk patiently while three employees were at the back of the store working on something else. After 5 minutes of waiting an employee said he would be with me shortly. Finally someone came over to help but looked annoyed to do so. Then they would not ship the package due to the size and the way it was packaged. I mentioned the location on 1960 and 290 has shipped this same package on the past and she said I should probably go there then.

The people who work in the copy area are uninterested in helping the customers. They seemed annoyed even though I was perfectly nice and asking for a very simple print. Better to go to Walgreens.

Easy drop off location.
I was in and out in just a few minutes.
The location is on the north side of FM 1960, plenty of parking and easy access.
