Customer service was rude numerous times to my friend and I. Lady looked annoyed when we asked her to get our shoe sizes. Before paying, I asked for a different pair because the ones I had looked dirty as in the color at certain spots of the shoe looked more brown than other parts. And the bottom of the shoe wasn’t clean. The man started giving me attitude about me asking for a different pair. I ended up just walking out because the staff was so terrible. Staff needs to learn basic customer service skills and manners.

The cashier was extremely rude when we asked if there were any other colors. He scoffed at us like we were crazy. We also know for a fact that the shoe comes in different colors because champs sport had at least 8 different colors. The store wasn’t even busy, I don’t know why he did that. I hate him, he made me feel stupid. NEVER going back. I wish I took down his name but I didn’t. He was working the night shift on 12÷14÷15. FIREHIM or get him some training on customer service.

As a mall employee at the Simon Galleria Mall I strive to give every customer a wonderful experience and help them with whatever they need. The extra 40% off poster in the window brought me into Finishline and the two girls working were so rude. I was asking general questions about the sale and they could’ve cared less to help me with the information or even attend to my needs. I’m sure their corporate office would not like to see failures working like that in their store. That was not a pleasant experience and I left not buying the shoes I really wanted due to the service.

I usually buy sneakers every couple of months. I said that I need to update my sneaker collection though. I’m falling in love with that Nike Knit Fly and Free collection, because of all the colors. This Finish Line has a lot of colors to chose from, but rarely have the color I’m looking for in my size. Kinda sucks, but it is what it is. They usually can get it from another store and have it delivered for free. This location is located on the 3rd floor of the Galleria right near Neiman Marcus. The store is okay!!!

Walked in this store right at closing just to check something out. Usually this is a really evil time to walk in a store, but the staff were still really helpful in helping me find out what I wanted to know.

Horrible customer service. Had a defective shoe only days old with receipt. From the moment I walked in the staff kept giving excuses and tried to give me a store credit. I was originally going to exchange but after the hassle, demanded a refund. The guy at the cashier kept with the obstacles, until I called their corporate office. All of a sudden, no problem. Its amazing how they lie and make stuff up to try and keep a sale. In the end, its worse for business.
