First Class Wristbands

I have given this company ample tries being that their wristbands are made in the US. The quality of their wristbands are good but their service is terrible! Every time I have ordered, it takes weeks and weeks and weeks to get an order from them. Having a small ultrasound business, I have wristbands made in pink and blue saying «It’s a Boy» or «It’s a Girl». One time I ordered and got the right words but the wrong color. I sent them back and it took me many calls and almost 2 months before I received a corrected order. On December 10, I ordered blue wristbands. I still had plenty left but knowing that they are slow I put my order in. I paid by Paypal out of my checking account. My money was promptly taken out but I never heard from them. In the meantime I ran out of wristbands that I couldn’t give to my clients. I called called multiple times but either got a voicemail in which I asked them to call me or their number was temporarily out of service. I also left messages in their «Contact Us» form and last last week I told them that I wanted to cancel my order and that I wanted a refund. (I had decided to find another company and order from there a week and a half ago — I received my order today!)
I told them I would take it up with Paypal if I didn’t hear from them or receive a refund in 3 business days. Of course I didn’t hear from them. So today I opened a case with Paypal, who by the way, were very helpful. Lo and behold, I got an invoice after that from First Class Wristbands thanking me for my order. Needless to say, I sent a scathing email back to them and told them to cancel my order and don’t bother processing it because if I received it, I would refuse the package since I took my business elsewhere. I asked them to please have the integrity to refund my money before Paypal does so we will see what happens. Don’t order from this company. Because I am in the customer service business, I understand how vital it is to act with integrity and have the goal of every single customer being happy. It was hard to write this review as a business person but I don’t want other people to be treated so horribly.

Wristbands were good quality. they came the wrong color. Emailed and called MANY times all week with no return from voicemails left or emails sent. NOT OK!!! They are for a friends cancer fundraiser and I couldn’t get anyone to talk to me to fix them in time.
