Forever 21

Forever 21 brand has an appeal on both my daughter and I (which by default is a miracle) and I could easily blow through a few 100 $ worth of merchandise… that is… If you do NOT come to this location.
There is no apparent (or maybe it has been done on purpose?) display logic which means that the costumer feels like a pinball, bouncing off different sections in order to assemble some sort of outfit: cargo pants here, t-​shirt there, accessories on the other side of quite a big store.
No wonder boyfriends refuse to go shopping… you could easily spend 1 hour and still come up empty handed.
Sales racks are scattered all over the store and that is extremely irritating.
On the other hand, the staff is ever so cordial and will go out of their way to help. Nevertheless, my 2 times in this store have proven unfruitful (neither my daughter nor I were able to make any purchase)

The store is VERY VERY unorganized. There was not one rack that had the same style on it. How am I suppose to find my size? The minute I pick up something that’s cute it’s in a XXXXXXS. I go through the entire rack and no other ones like it. This was on every rack. Frustrating.

This place is great! We find ourselves at the House of Blues alright and it’s a super short walk to F21 from there so a good way to kill time.
The thing that really does it for me with this location is the organization. 99% of Forever 21 stores are a complete turnoff due to how messy and unorganized they are, but this one does a really good job at keeping things clean and put away!
It’s in a good location close to some restaurants and within walking distance of a Starbucks. The clothes selection is great, the store is huge, and the employees don’t bother you or bombard you like at some places. One of my favorite places to shop for sure.

It’s not uncommon to find yourself ill-​equipped for the fickle Texas weather. Guests staying in downtown have this incredibly convenient, inexpensive shopping option right next to a rail station.
This store is massive and messy in the way most of these fast fashion retailers perpetually are, so there was nothing exceptionally great or bad about this Forever 21 aside from its location.
We’ll likely be back some time this crazy-​weathered weekend!

This store has pretty good potential in terms of clothes. The clothes are ok. However, the store is extremely messy and the customer service doesn’t exist. It reflects in how the store looks. Associate in fitting room was extremely rude. They prefer talking about what they did last night instead of offering some assistance. Save your trip here.

Just got back from here, went around 7:30pm.There was literally 1 other customer and no one even said hi, let alone ask if I needed assistance (which I did).
I made a specific trip here to return a «seamless bralette» (like a mix between a bra and a sports bra) on the return date. When I bought it at Willowbrook Mall, I specifically asked if they were returnable (I got a few different options), and the manager-​type guy did not even hesitate before saying yes. Just last weekend I tried this one on, and all their various tags (you know what I’m talking about) were pushed through the mesh back fabric. So when I tried it on at home, I moved the tags which revealed a half dollar sized hole. Of course I wouldn’t have bought it if I knew there was a hole, so I kept the tags on to return it.
As I explained what happened, the cashier said «Uh! I don’t know about this», and a manager-​type lady questioned me, hard. I told her I got it in the bra & athletic area and she got all worked up: «Ive never seen a sports bra like THAT before!» This store has 1000s of items. Really?!
The two continued to convince me I couldn’t return it when I said, «I have no idea why y’all are giving me such a hard time. I bought a damaged item. I didn’t wear it!» Then, they so, soooo graciously made the return. Oh yeah, and this whole time we were arguing over an item that cost $ 6.90.
I had an equally bad experience purchasing the item at Willowbrook. I’ve been a loyal customer for years, but this awful customer service experience pushed me over the edge. I will never go back.
Update: I later realized they kept my original receipt from Willowbrook ($ 40 of stuff). Thanks a lot.

I was there one time with my husband. This store did not surprised us very much. I asked for a help but the workers were not very friendly and kind and I did not like it.
The prices are not very high and the quality is not very good. We liked the interior of this place, and the location. It is not difficult to get there. This store is clean and there was not any queue to a dressing room. The men’s section is not very big.

My favorite place in the galleria! Their plus size section isn’t so fab but I always manage to find great deals on their clothes

What can you say about Forever 21 that hasn’t been said? Nothing so I will only review this location. I adore the location. Smack in the middle of downtown in a cool shopping area. I like the clothes for the price. But the staff was pretty dismal. Not interested in assisting me or my fellow shopping buddy. I was passed of between 3 sales people to get another size while in the fitting room. Cashier was almost rude and just smashed our purchased clothing all in the bag. Too bad. I won’t be going to that location again.

The store is cute, but $ 12 dollars for parking?! Um, no thank you. Then the employees just blow it off like it’s no big deal to pay that much to park to shop for an hour. Maybe if I was shopping at Neimans, but not for Forever21.

The men’s section is small but nice. It’s one of the few places downtown to buy clothes. I bought a pair of jeans here for only $ 16! They fit great too!
Got a dress shirt for about $ 10 and a belt for about $ 7.50. They could def diversify their clothing selection for men a little but at least it exists.
Also, thank you for putting a b-​cycle station directly at the entrance. Makes it easy as hell to get there!

I love me some Forever 21! I especially love the downtown location and I probably shop here more than any other F21 store since it’s within walking distance of my office. The store is always very clean and there is never a wait for a dressing room. There is lots of open space between aisles so you don’t feel so crowded when shopping. The quality is generally low, but so are the prices. I don’t think they carry much, if anything, over $ 40. These are not transitional items you will have for decades to come, but they serve as affordable pieces you can wear for a couple of years to stay on-​trend. Their new-​ish athletic section is the best. Think: Victoria’s Secret-​looking exercise clothing but at Forever 21 prices — very nice!

This is definitely one of the better locations I’ve been to and I think it has a lot to do with it being downtown. I’m sure this place gets plenty of foot traffic on the weekends, but after work during the week, the music isn’t as loud/​obnoxious and there aren’t a million teens trying on clothes that they are likely not even buying.
With that said, I wasn’t expecting much, but I was pleasantly surprised. For such a large store, it was pretty organized. I live for shoes and accessories, and this place has plenty of options of the latter. In addition, they were having a sale, so on top of the normally cheap prices, you could really stock up on leggings and camis in every color, if you wished to do so.

The store was very well organized overall, but I arrived there at about 7 – 8 and it was near closing time. I was able to look around, but as it was closing time I was basically kicked out of the store and everyone of the employees was being extremely rude. One girl told me that I NEEDED to check-​out because it was closing time while I was waiting for my mom that was in the dressing room and I replied saying that I knew and she continued to murmur about me as I walked away from her. The head cashier was then slamming everything down as if we had done something to her. Other than that, the store was great, just not the employees.

This location is nice they have great deals, an upstairs and downstairs area and great music! i wanted too work here!

I think all forever 21s are turning into massive-​sized retail stores. This location is no different from other forever 21’s. It’s huge, it has lots of options for women, a small section for men, and it’s located Downtown.
That’s pretty much it.
Well actually 2 tips:
1) If it’s raining, don’t wear slippery shoes: sandals, flats etc. The Houston pavilion floor are slick and I (no joke) fell down twice on my way to the bathroom. See next tip.
2) If you have to use the bathroom. Good luck. The closest bathroom is on the other side of the pavilions, which means you have to cross the street down a block and climb three flights of stairs upon which you enter a shady-​looking bathroom.

I bought a shirt here size large, washed it at home and the capital «L» became a lowercase «L.» How in-​dee hell? Happens more than a little bit with their tees but that’s not the most of it. I truly enjoy shopping here for the cheap prices on jackets and sweaters. Comparable to the best in style and priced efficiently Forever XXI compliments my style almost every visit.
Every fall-​winter collection is when they’re at their best. Summertime is easy b/​c you don’t want to accessorize in this humid weather. There are a few men’s sections in other stores of this kind but this one seems to keep up with the latest of their line.

This location is overwhelming.
Two stories of shopping world.
Some items are rare and hard to find.
When that’s the case, I have been lucky to find my size here since they have ample merchandise here.
Usually after a trip from Cali or NYC, I see the more fashionable pieces at this location than Memorial, Galleria, or Sugar Land.
I definitely recommend it, just make sure you feed the parking meter since getting towed would be a complete nightmare to deal with your hands full of shopping bags.

Of all the Forever 21 stores in Houston, this one is my favorite one to shop at. Unlike all the other locations, this store is never crowded and always organized. There’s also never a wait to use a fitting room. Those are huge pluses for me when it comes to shopping. I’m not going to go into the details of the clothing. Obviously this is disposable fashion and not meant to be of great quality, but sometimes there are some really nice looking pieces to be had for cheap!
Pro tip: Come here around the Christmas holidays if you need a quick fashion fix and don’t want to mess with the craziness of the mall. It’s also pretty empty around holidays here. Parking by the meters are free after 6 p.m. on weekdays and free on Sundays.

«Disposable chic» is pretty much the name of the game here. Where else would you be able to buy three beaded necklaces for $ 10 or a pair of glitter flats for $ 4 (that doesn’t have an address on Harwin or isn’t a thrift store)? The adjective «cheap» goes both ways here. You’ll feel like you’re renting your clothing for the night, and then in the morning you’ll «return» it to the garbage can.
However, if you want something that’s trendy and you don’t want to spend a lot of money for it, this is your place. My sister and I got engaged within three weeks of each other, so we’re out wedding dress shopping and she needed a danceable reception dress. White lace dresses are the trend, so we loaded up with five and headed to the dressing room. Some were, er, frankly awful. The sizing here doesn’t seem to be consistent, but I guess you should expect much from such rock-​bottom prices.
They have a plus-​size corner called «Love 21» (lol @ ur euphemisms) that I was excited about in theory, but the plus-​size wear doesn’t look anything like the rest of the store. Why is it that designers think that all younger fat girls wear is sassy clubbing clothes? I’d like a lace dress too, thanks.
The good news is that even though she tried on some duds that were duds, my sister found a beautiful 20’s inspired dress in which she can bust an Irish move, and it was only around $ 30. As I couldn’t walk out with nothing, I ended up getting the aforementioned necklaces. I’ll enjoy them for about two weeks before they inevitably become unceremoniously un-​strung, probably during a meeting at work.
Protip: if you’re in and out of here during business hours and you buy more than $ 10 at F21 (a tall order, I know, when everything basically costs $ 0.25), your parking in the Houston Pavilions garage is free. Just ask for the little parking validation card and show your receipt + your original ticket to the parking attendant.
