If there were no stars that’s what I would have awarded. The most rude service and assistant manager I have ever seen in a restaurant environment. Interrupted me placing a order and when I a said excuse me can I help you, he said yes I’m the manager. My reply was(you of all people should lead by example, is this the way you should act in front of your customers and employees, that sets a good example. Then both of them pulled the your rude card. Sorry good night was my reply. And will never return. I’m on the road 280 days a year and eat out the majority of the time. This is my first review.

The food here is very good, and if you are only going to watch TV sports, maybe it is a good choice. BUT … … they have many pool tables, so they obviously want to be seen as a place to shoot pool, and yet the sticks are not wood, the worst possible kind of material that cannot rightfully be said to be a functional pool stick. No chalk, so you can’t even compensate for the sticky plastic«pool cues». There are 2 wood sticks in the place if you can find them, but good luck if there is anyone else playing.

Came here with my cousin for meet & greet event. Only had the appetizers which were your usual appetizers — chicken tenders, boneless chicken wings, chicken wings, fried mozzarella cheese sticks, pretzel. It was edible… nothing to get excited about. We missed happy hour but they had some great prices for beer $ 3. Nice place to hang out if you live on that side of town.

The service was pretty slow, but the food was surprisingly really good. The grilled cheese is great and my co-workers really enjoyed their burgers. My husband ordered the buffalo chicken sandwich and thought it was ok, but the fries were good.

Brittany # 4 was awesome. The tables are crap. So wobbly. That and I got a chipped glass. Not impressed. Last Call Operating Co I., Inc. should really walk their different locations monthly looking for issues.

Really good food, decent kids menu and some coloring activities to keep them entertained. Hamburgers and wings are decent and the staff are very good! Would recommend early evening dining with families.

My favorite sports bar in the Westchase area., be it UFC, NFL, Boxing or other games. Nominal cover charges even on expensive PPV nights, and decent crowd. I would like to see little more beer varieties and improvement on food.

The waitress that served my date and I was disrespectful to me in that upon us having a seat at a hightop table beside each other, she stood between our two chairs facing him – with her back to me – and said«Hi, can I get you a [insert two tacky named drinks]?» What a greeting! I was confused and so was my date, he looked put off by her move and also about her mentioning these specific drinks and turns out they weren’t even on special or anything. This waitress whose name wasn’t worth remembering had brown short crop hair and served the back end of the restaurant closest to Westheimer. When she took our order, there was a gentleman who worked there that accompanied her that made me think she was new or in training. Unfortunately, he wasn’t present for her bold moves and constant calling my date«sweetie» and«honey» and the endearing heart on our check.

Food was decent, good reggae music, beer was cold. The pool tables looked like they’d be fun. But check your bill. I liked everyone that worked there but our waitress forgot that Sunday night local crafts were on special, then said Karbach Hopadillo didn’t count as a local craft? Manager tried to fix the bill but forgot(I hope) to correct all the beers. After four tries they finally got the bill right and also honored a burger promo so in the end it’s all good. Hopefully these were just a series of honest mistakes, but this was more difficult than I would have liked. I like these people but I probably won’t go back. It’ll just be too awkward and I’d hate to be overcharged again. Plenty of other choices.

Other than all the Tvs and beer! I love it that it has pool and a ping pong table but the food isn’t that great. Well what I had. Fish came out a little warm which should have came out hot! Especially since it was on a skillet. I had more onions than veggies. I also had the cookie and vanilla ice cream which was more of a cake cookie. I can do better at home. lol but drinks were great and the people here are very nice. They have Trivia here every Wednesday!

The staff is great here. The bartender Thuy is always friendly and remembers our names. They have really good food here. There menu keeps improving every time I go here. I love there lunch specials and their Flatbread pizzas are great! They have really good chili and sandwhiches as well!

Fight night. No where to go but Fox and Hound had the showing. 5 $ cover and I got a front view. AWESOME! Service was quick and friendly! I wasn’t hungry so I didn’t order any food, just a few drinks. But our server was amazing! She was fast and always asked if we needed anything at the right timing. Cheap cover — great service — great view to watch the fight. Couldn’t ask for more!

My new Tuesday hangout spot. My favorite waitress is Stevi. The place is relaxed. You can play pool, darts, ping pong. I generally enjoy going there and meeting new people.

The layout of this bar is brilliant. The bar is positioned in the center, plenty of room and lots of pool tables. This is a location good for after work happy hours, going away parties or any other kind of networking event. Looks like you can reserve areas as well. Beer selection is average regarding craft beer selections. I saw maybe 2 – 3 decent beers out of 20+. People were eating and looked to enjoy it. Prices very reasonable and the staff was nice.

This place has fallen off a bit. Several locations have gone out of business from what I have heard. This is a popular place to watch fights. There are lots of good pool tables, ping pong & jenga. Service is usually good. I’m not a fan of the food for the most part. Good place to watch a game with the boys if you just want to drink beer.

This has become my bf and I go to bar. It’s not too crowded, easy going and good food. I am praying that they will remodel the place because the place has been around forever! They definitely need a little touch up. I think they just recently added ping pong tables! They have one of the best Spanish Dip! The other items are pretty good too.

Since the menu change about 2 months ago, I haven’t liked this place as much. Mainly, there’s no caesar salad. I realize this is a nit-picky thing, but I would order that most of the time when going around 2 times a month. I also would often eat at home but then order a side portion at the restaurant. I find this place to be expensive. For example, two nights ago, I ordered two Stella hard ciders and a Sprite. The bill pre-tip was $ 15.25. That seems like a lot! I come here because of PaintNite, which is typically held on Sunday nights. [Go to groupon for a $ 25 class instead of $ 45 on the website.] For a group of 30, there will often only be one waitress. I understand we are painting most of the time, but given we’re there for two hours with a 10-minute break in the middle, the waitress typically disappears for 30 minutes at a time. I would think the waitress(changes each time) would want to come around more because the more people drink, the more they tip!

I’m not a fan of this place at all. I’ve only ever gone when I wanted a bar with food and didn’t want to drive far– it’s very close to my home. The food is sub par and the booze, is just booze. The service is mediocre.
