I used this company in November 2015 to pack and move me from Corsicana to Frisco. They quoted me $ 2600 and they showed up with a very small truck and hardly any packing supplies. They wanted more money out of me and they weren’t going to help unless they got it and I had three days to be out of the house I was in. I ended up paying them more so that they would pack and move me. They ate a bunch of my canned fruit. There was syrup and open cans everywhere spilled on carpet. When they showed up with our stuff to the house in Frisco they wanted more money out of us. They wouldn’t unload our stuff unless we gave them another almost $ 900. They packed all of our stuff and giant wardrobe boxes. I found a potted plant halfway in a box under blankets and clothes. This was the most stressful move I have ever endured. Save yourself time money and grief and go with anybody else. This place was a rip off. I’m surprised they haven’t been sued out of business. Terrible terrible terrible!

Let me start by saying that if you want to move your furniture DON’T use this company. I did an online quote with the customer service agent and when the movers showed up they re quoted me $ 2400 more than my original quote. The Lead Manager LIZ #(214) 400‑8642 is a lair, unethical, and for all I know a scam artist. The team picked up my goods on Feb 27th and she was unable to give me my inventories because she didn’t use carbon on the sheets. She told me that she would send me my inventories the next day. She brought both of her children to my home, they played with my kids, I fed her team, gave them each a cash tip, and it’s now April 8th, I don’t have my goods or inventories to date even after talking to her on the phone weeks after. If by some odd chance you do use this company make sure you watch this Lead get copies of your paperwork before they depart and insure she annotates all your items. HORRIBLECUSTOMERSERVICE, she shouldn’t be a Lead and should be fired. Now for the Corporate folks. I coordinated and was to have my goods delivered on or about 28 Mar-1 Apr. On Mon the 28th I called for an update, nothing and asked for my inventories. Called Tue, was told they were waiting for and update from the Houston Office, asked for my inventories, nothing. Called Weds and was told there was a problem with the truck and would have an update on Friday, no inventories. Called Friday 1 Apr, was told by John that my goods would be delivered by April 8th(over a week late) and I would have my inventories ASAP. Called the following week Apr 11th and was told my goods were packed up and I should be hearing from the Driver Chris soon for my delivery. Nothing heard Tue, Wed. Called Thurs and John was gonna get me Chris(the truck driver) cell number and a IPHONE Pic of my inventories. Nothing heard or received. Called Friday, spoke with John again. He says he has no clue where my goods are, the trucks location, and can’t get a hold of the driver. What kind of shipping company looses contact or has no clue where a customers furniture is? Who’s in charge here? No operational control of their outsourced team leads, doesn’t know how to contact the drivers, and Lead in Houston(LIZ) doesn’t follow shipping procedures. I’m living a night-mare in my new home. Been sleeping on the floors of my house with wife and three small children for over two weeks. I nor they have no clue where my goods are, not sure what I will get, if and when my goods arrive, and hope to GOD this never happens to any other customer. BEWARE If LIZ and her team show up to your home RUNAWAY! I will be following up this post with an official complaint with the BBB. Something needs to be done ASAP Who ever is in charge of this company has big problems!

Do not use them. I have been asking the location of my items and they have no answers. Super manager John stanford. The entire staff is rude and do not acknowledge their mistake. It’s been more than a month and I don’t know where are my items.

i moved from Huston to Washington 2 weeks ago and this guys did an awesome job! they were really detailed about my furnishings and they warped it very efficiently. once they done with that they put it all on the truck very quick and left for the delivery. i got everything in one piece. it was a good decision to use their service.

WORST experience I have had in a move! Regret ever going with them. They are not reliable and full of excuses. My suggestion would be to confirm a date/time with a different mover and pay additional if you have to.
