Service works but a big hassle to order replacement sensors. Hold time is over 1 hour in the evening for customer service, and sales is available within 30 seconds. All sales will do is transfer you. Very disappoint and will not re-up once contract is over

Did a lot of research for a interactive security system on the internet where I could view door, window, motion and cameras from my iphone. Ordered this system it arrived in a large box, took me 3 hrs to install(no wiring). Cameras are tricky to get to speak with the internet but if you can setup a printer you can do this. Had this system for two years and love it. It sends me text when my kids open the door(or leave a door open during the summer). Several times my kids have left he house with garage door left open and it sent me a text telling me. I have several cameras and can check on what is going on inside the house. Panic alarm is good feature. If the power is cut this unit still works and the panic feature still works as its a celluar device with battey backup. I have had one door sensor fail, and they sent me a replacement in two days. Totally satisfied with this system

We’ve been a Frontpoint customer for a year now. I’ve been extremely happy with the customer service, technology and overall experience. There have been a couple of standout experiences that reinforced our opinion: – We have a couple of cameras set up inside our house. While we were having our detached garage finished in January, I left the house to take the dog for a walk. I set the alarm, but didn’t lock the door. Ten minutes into my walk, Frontpoint calls to report an alarm trigger. Turns out, one of the workers went in the house, which made me suspicious. He had a reason for being in the house, but I wasn’t totally sold until I saw the video clips of him doing exactly what he said he was doing. It was nice to not have an awkward, accusatory conversation with him, because my security system proved he was telling the truth. – Earlier this week, we had an attempted break-in.(The same guys had robbed someone in a nearby neighborhood the day before.) I was home, when one of the men came to the front door. With my husband out of town, I was left to fend for myself. Fortunately, we purchased the portable panic button and although I got the guy to leave without a lot of trouble, I appreciated having the button in my hand to call the police at any moment. The technology is just a bonus. I like the fact that we can check in on our dog during the day and access everything from our phones. Finally, I appreciate that every single time I call, I’m connected with a well-trained associate that can actually answer my question. I’ve never once called and gotten the run around about why something doesn’t work – they fix it right there or replace the equipment quickly. If you’re on the fence about what security company to use, Frontpoint really should be at the top of the list.

This is my first time having an alarm system, so I cant honestly compare it to anything else. After reading reviews upon reviews, from a variety of forums/websites and familiarizing myself with the company website, I chose FrontPoint because the pricing was clear, I loved the DIY factor and most reviews were positive. Their competitor would not provide any pricing information over the phone; requiring an appointment with a consultant to walk through my home– that was too much for me! I spoke with a customer service rep Glenn, he was awesome! He understood the layout of my home, listened to what I was looking for, provided cost saving suggestions, even researched additional options for me(motion detector for 40lb+ dog, which I didn’t go for since it wasn’t wireless). Equipment arrived within a week, I was able to set it up in less than 30 minutes, I had a two day trial period and things have been great since. I had one slight hiccup finding the information needed to properly arm a double hung window, I simply called and got the info, but it would have been much easier for the info to be in the quick setup guide. My husband and I use the app to arm and disarm daily. In the future we have the option to continue adding equipment such as video you can see from a remote location. We are completely satisfied with the equipment and customer service we have received!
