We have a unit here and we stopped to get our Christmas stuff out and low and behold our lock was gone and a diffrent one was on it. I went up front and they said that they tried to call us to let us know that we had no lock on our unit so they put one on however i checked the numbers they had and they were up to date. So i got to my unit to find the cut lock in the unit and all of our binds were dug through. I feel very suspicious that this was done by someone there. They say they called both numbers and they were disconnected there not and they put a lock on it and didnt charge us. I am in the process of moving my stuff out of here.
