Time for Unilocal to instate the zero stars. It’s certainly zero to negative stars on this one. Bottom line — DONOTALLOW G AND S STORAGETODOYOURMOVE! Their moving coordinator Beth sounds great on the phone and she sure loves to reach out. Only problem is I’m not sure what she is reaching for. Our move got picked up on August 24th. I was given a «4−10-day window» for our things to arrive in our new location(which is in another state). After I looked at the«window» I discovered they did not actually start it until 4 days after picking up our stuff. Ok, whatever. September 9th was the end of our«10-day window.» That was yesterday. No, they did not deliver our stuff. They completely screwed it up because they put some Texan in charge who never bothered to read the orders and seemed to have no idea he couldn’t show up at 3:00PM for delivery to our building. Duh! The elevator is over with at 5:00PM which we told them all along. So, thanks for nothing Beth and all of your reaching out. I made a zillion calls to you to get the move date and then once I got that, it didn’t even stick. Thanks for nothing and your complete lack of coordination. But keep on reaching out. You do that. Update: The movers lost 4 of our boxes; meaning they offloaded our stuff to someone else during the move AND they managed to ruin our refrigerator so that it requires $ 1400 worth of repairs. Thanks again for nothing!
