Worse GameStop in Houston area… the overall customer service here sucks ass. There is this short haired country girl who is super unprofessional & every time I’ve been in there she seems like she doesn’t wanna be there. Definitely won’t go to this store again!!!

I was super bored one day and after researching a certain game online for 3 days straight I finally gave in to buying a brand new Nintendo 3DS XL ($ 200) and then game to go with it ($ 29.99). I came in at about…11AM-ish which is about an hour after the store opens so of course the mall is empty other than the stroller pushing mommies everywhere.
I walked in, told the dude working the counter (quite a salesman by the way but… didn’t purchase the Pokemon they’re trying to push) exactly what I wanted, he knew where everything was, got it, charged my card, he attempted to make some chit-​chat, and then I was on my way.
Super quick, super easy, just wish they wouldn’t rip people off all the time with their USED game prices.
Also, what is up with that plastic-​ky smell in there? Oh well, GameStop is GameStop and business is business.
