Went to buy some games and the website says their open till 8pm and they are closed at 7:30p. Horrible!!! You allow kids to run a business and they will do stuff like that. I mean if you post that your open till 8pm then you need to have the doors open till then. I went there and they metal fence was down!!!

First come, first serve?
Usually applies in business, if a customer comes to the front of the line after waiting patiently just like everyone else; shouldn’t you serve the customer? Rude employees that really don’t care if you buy or not they’re just working a day job. They told us we had to wait thirty minutes before they’d even start to serve us. I felt discriminated against and it’s ridiculous. Took my property and my money else where and would recommend everyone else to do the same!!!

This is the smaller Game Stop inside the mall, so the selection is not as good as some stand alone stores due to lack of space. However, they still had some good deals on used games at great prices. Purchased two used games for $ 15.00. Good service as well.
