The rotisserie chicken was really good. The salad bar had a large selection. This is a quick, easy and affordable place to eat if you are on a schedule.

The Genesis of my visit here was seeing the Garden from the neighboring Eats Mesquite Grill awhile back(after having to park in front of, appropriately, the Wild Orchid). Inside the Garden, the emphasis is on eating fresh healthy foods, and avoiding sinful cholesterol, salt and fat. The place seems to be privately owned by a man and woman … Adam and Eve, I presume. The salad bar has the typical healthy leaves(including tabouli), but not from the Tree of Knowledge of Good and Evil. Notably missing are fig leaves, but maybe all of those were taken by the girls across the parking lot at Rick’s Cabaret. The long salad bar and the bread bar meet like rivers at the owner’s paradise… the cashier. Ponds of four soups, several bread types(but not gingerbread) and fruit are available at the back. You can touch the fruit, but be forewarned, you will eventually die. Fruit includes cantaloupe, pineapple … hey, who took the apple? The difference from other salad bars is the temptation. Your inner serpent(see picture) will try to get you to walk only 50 feet to eat a hamburger next door, or maybe take a rib, but you must resist.
