This is not a review of the Giorgio Armani brand but of the Houston store. Like with the Jimmy Choo store in the Galleria, the Giorgio Armani boutique has superb customer service. The staff are friendly(not snooty) and always remember your name(someone is going to have to tell me how they do that one day). The store is well laid out but keep in mind that they also have a lot of stock in the back that is not always out — especially the«classics.» I walked in once and described a black suit that I would like. I did not see it out and was not even sure if Armani had it at the time but as it was a classic cut so I took a chance. The saleslady went into the back and brought out a selection of black suits that they had that were not on the racks. She also showed me their books and what else could be ordered. I would also note that the in-house tailor is excellent — and I usually avoid in-house tailors like the plague and go to my own. But the gentleman at the Armani store is excellent. Furthermore, on more than one occasion, I have purchased an item and needed the jacket/dress/whatever altered every quickly and they have ALWAYS taken care of it on time(take note, ladies, have your clothes altered for your body — tailoring is not just for men!).
