Global Carpeting Cleaning

Awful customer service and bad job. Fred the guy who answers the phone is not very business like. I went ahead and scheduled for one upstairs room and a flight of stairs, against better judgement, because he could schedule me promptly. I had one small day bed in the room that I pulled away from the wall for them to make sure they cleaned behind. I told the tech before he started that I would move it back when he was done behind it. He never told me he was done, and I assumed he had just pushed the small bed back himself. NO! He just collected the check and left-​my mistake of not checking before he left. Now I have a 6ftx4ft space in the middle of the carpet that is still dirty. Upon calling, I was told that they don’t respond the being «strong armed» and hung up on. BAD BUSINESS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. These people are low-​rate impersonators of a business. Stay away.
