I’ve been searching for a place where I can get a good haircut for the longest time and finally found the place! Thu cut my hair and it was honestly the best haircut I’ve gotten in a very long time. When I got home, my wife even complimented me on how great the haircut was. Shampoo and a great haircut for $ 10, can’t beat that!

My husband and I both go here for haircuts; I travel 30 minutes to reach this location, and it is well worth every mile! Call and ask for Kyle Nguyen; this young man is so personable, flexible about scheduling your haircut, and always on time. I have never waited more than 4 minutes, as he sets his clients at perfect intervals;taking time to do his best with each client. The price is amazing, and includes shampoo, conditioner, haircut and styling. With my long hair, this takes some time, and Kyle never rushes. I can walk out of Global, go home, and get dressed to go out for dinner, and my hair looks great. Products used are very good, and there’s never any pressure to buy products from them, which is a relaxing relief! Kyle is a master at layering, straight styles, color, highlights, or anything about hair, for men, women or children. You can call Kyle directly for an appointment(pm me, and I will send you his number). Global is a simple salon, with great haircuts!

Wow, found myself a new barber. Thank you THU!!! She knew exactly what I want with so little description. I’ve been to a lot of hair salons and they always messes up my hair. Only took THU first try to get it right. Definitely coming back!

For a guy cut, cheap, quick, and well done. Plus you don’t have to worry about switching barbers. It’s only Thu.

5 years away from Houston and after countless salon-hunting trips through obscure parts of new cities, I still think Global is the best bang for the buck hair cut I’ve ever had. I even coordinate my hair cut schedule with my travel schedule so I can get a hair cut at Global Salon when I visit Houston to see the parents. Houstonians take the $ 10 hair cut for granted. Thu(the owner/stylist) is a skilled barber, and her salon is clean and tidy. She knows how to cut an Asian man’s hair, and she does it with precision and extreme consistency. I rarely spend more than 30 minutes total in her salon, and I always come out with a clean fade, trim and wash. For $ 13 after tip, there are very few shops I’ve seen that can replicate what she does at her price point. No Houstonians, this isn’t a $ 4 fade place, but you also won’t get a bunch of random rashes on your head the day after. I also wouldn’t go too crazy and ask her to Justin Bieber-me either. She’s perfect for you guys who just want a solid, consistent barber. Her shop is in a pretty dead shopping complex so there’s rarely anyone around. If you don’t want to wait, just make an appointment a few hours ahead of time by calling in.
