Mr. Rodriguez has represented me on 2 separate car accidents. He works on a contingent fee basis. Nothing up front until my case settled. I was aware, by the contract I signed, that the fee would be a third of the settlement. There were no surprises. My contract clearly stated that any medical bills not taken out of the settlement would be MY responsibility. I read the contract and signed it willingly. I was pleased with the settlement and the representation I received from Mr. Rodriguez. He kept me informed on a regular basis. He was very flexible in meeting with me to accommodate my work schedule and doctors’ appointments. He was readily available by phone and he was either in the office or returned my calls within an hour. I felt he was honest, hardworking and transparent in his dealings with me and the insurance company.

Personal injury lawyers are one of those things that you actually don’t want recommendations for, because it means something rather screwed up had to happen to you in order for you to go looking for one. And unless you’re a bad luck bear, there really is no place to start.
I met with one of the associates to ask about a particular pending legal issue and wanted to know if it was worthwhile to pursue legal action. Without divulging details of what brought me there, I can state I was stressed, miserable, and probably seemed like an idiot, because I haven’t been on my A Game since the incident that brought me there.
The father of my BF and the BF said Rodriguez was highly recommended. Let me tell you, I was nervous beyond belief. The only thing I know about personal injury lawyers are that they suck, so says the Simpsons via Lionel Hutz and the Blue Haired Lawyer that tends to defend Mr. Burns a lot. In other words, lawyers and personal injury lawyers scare me, because I had this preconceived notion they are shady crooks.
I’m glad to report that Goldapp-​Rodriguez are not shady and very professional. They give lawyers a good name! (How often can you say that!) We consulted for perhaps over an hour. Some background information I spoke to Rodriguez on the phone and the guy was cool enough to be a text away. As he was needed out of town his associate Weber met with me. He could have shooed me out and told me to leave after 2 minutes, but he explained honestly what I needed to do and threw in some free legal advice on top of that. He could have pushed me into a case, while I was vulnerable, or just decided to make money off me, but didn’t. He was really interested in giving me the best advice possible and told me what steps I should take and when I would need to procure a lawyer. To me, it says a lot that a person is willing to help you out, even when you don’t hire them.
I found both Weber and Rodriguez professional and friendly.
Look, I pray that you are reading this, because you’re bored as these aren’t the kind of reviews that anyone is happy to make as something sucky had to bring you here. But if you ever are in a bad situation where you need a personal injury lawyer, you should consult with them.
